Bug-A-Pest LLC is family owned and operated. We have been in business since 1992. Our main goal is for customer satisfaction. We are not satisfied unless the customer is satisfied. We are not like big, national companies. We don't put everyone into the same pest control plan. Every home or business has it's own pest problems. We figure out what those problems are, then come up with the perfect pest control plan for you. We have tailor made programs to fit everyones pest issues. We do One Time Treatments, Monthly, Bi Monthly, or Quarterly Programs. We are fully insured & certified in the state of Ohio. We are members of the Ohio Pest Management Association. Our technicians attend annual classes to stay up to date with new pest control regulations and techniques, along with the old ones.

Description of Work: Sprayed inside and outside for spiders, ants, wasps etc. knocked down spider webs and everything for preventative reasons. Highly professional and courteous. Best service yet.

Description of Work: Treated exterior of house and barn workshop; treated basement for pest extermination. This is a 4x/year extermination package. Went very well and we've noticed a significant reduction in ants, spiders, smelly lady bugs! Would hire them again in a New York minute. :-)

Description of Work: Did a visual sweep of the inside of the home, as well as, a perimeter search looking for how mice able to gain entrance into the home. Set multiple traps. Gave advice on what measures to take to keep infestation from reoccurring. Informed us that he could come back one time to check traps at no charge. I was pleased with the service, however, I would have loved another visit at no charge considering the initial charge of $150.00.
