Everyone has their own opinion about people, workmanship, businesses. Sales rep. was informative, knowledgeable.

The project was really good. They showed up on time and worked very fast. Installers were polite and professional. I highly recommend their service.

The initial estimate was unreasonably high. So, I researched other companies and found that their prices were more reasonable but not for the same type product. A LeafFilter Supervisor called me revising their estimate to a price I felt more comfortable with. We agreed on the price and the work started just a short time after. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Once completed, the installer and I did a walk around the house to see the job performed and a final pickup of any gutter materials left behind. Very good job as far as I can tell on the installation. Won't know how well the gutter guards work until we get some heavy rain and the leaves begin falling.

They scheduled the work for the next day after the inspection and the guys came earlier and finished the job in a couple of hours.

Don?t use them

The first I installer did terrible job of installing. I called the salesman and complained and he sent their inspector out he said that it was awful, so he sent a fellow to correct the job and he did an excellent job of correcting the work . It took him all day to undo the crappy work the first installers did. His name was Dennis.

We moved into a new house with a lot of surrounding trees. When it rained, waterfalls were happening around the entire house because the gutters were so clogged. LeafFilter came out to give us an estimate and the very next day, someone came to fix our gutters, cleaned them, and installed the filters. We live in Indiana and have had heavy rain the past few days. I am not disappointed. No more waterfalls. Great product.

A bit pricey but installation went well in the morning. Installer was quick, thorough, professional and explained everything he was going to do. The test came that afternoon when we had a deluge of rain - Leaf Filter worked great!!

Salesman doesn't know the products actually used and the first installer was not experienced enough to complete the job.

Oh boy where to start. 1) whatever price they quote you, it is extremely inflated so don't be afraid to talk them down. WAY down. 2) the franchise owners are under extreme pressure to install the job asap and move onto the next. don't let them bully you into a quick install - if you select a date more than a couple days from purchase they will not honor it and will attempt to install anyway 3) DO NOT INSTALL THESE ON OLD HOMES. ONLY ON NEW (UNDER 10 YRS OLD) HOMES. Why? well... the likelihood that something won't fit, or that something will be damaged is quite high. and they WON'T want to fix it. Here's my story: I paid for them in December and said to install in the spring. A work crew showed up 3 days later, after a MAJOR snowstorm. I shoo'd them away and said not until the snow melts. So as soon as it melted, another crew arrived. It was 32 degrees and do you know how BRITTLE shingles are at that temperature? I shoo'd them away again. They came back a week later, it was 34 degrees and drizzling. So with assurances all would be OK, I let them proceed. Job finished 10 hours later. All good? nope. My porch, which NEVER leaked in 15 years, started leaking. Long story short: They DESTROYED the shingles (bent to point of ripping them) along an entire 20" edge. The water was bypassing the gutter entirely, pouring down along the roof edge and down into the soffits, then leaking at the soffit seams. They refused to fix. They said my roof was bad to begin with. They came back several times and tried to lie, under instruction of manager in Charlotte, to find a way to blame my roof. They cited old (30 years ago) damage as evidence my roof was bad, and this was 20" from the section that was leaking. I stopped payment by invoking a clause in the contract. THAT got the attention of the regional manager, who personally came out, inspected the roof, and said that they completely botched it. So he had his "best man" come out - a single worker - and he actually replaced 2 rows of shingles and fixed a large section. But not the entire section, so eventually I got that leak from the soffit again. It's warped the wood. During heavy downpours, the soffit leak now dumps water onto my wooden covered porch, causing further NEW damage. So my advice is to avoid this product like the plague if you have a home older than maybe 10 years. If ANYTHING goes wrong (and it likely will) then they will do everything in their power to avoid fixing it. And even if they do fix it, it will not be a guaranteed fix. NOT WORTH IT. You are better off hiring a local kid to climb a ladder and clean out the gutters... heck if you paid him $50 a pop and he came out maybe 6 times a year... you would have his service for at least 10 years! My cost for gutters was $8000 (I have nearly 500" of gutter) so that kid would be hired to clean my gutters for 26 years!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A LOCAL KID TO DO IT. BUY A LEAF BLOWER AND AN EXTENSION TO REACH THE GUTTERS FOR $350 AND SAVE THOUSANDS!
