Rob and his crew did an excellent job...the timing of doing the job was perfect for us. Originally they couldn't schedule the job until mid May but a cancellation allowed them to come early. The work performed was top quality and the job turned out absolutely beautiful. The patio was graded for water flow away from the house as requested and the coloring was done to blend with the house brick.

Rob kept me informed when they were coming to do the work. The work was time as scheduled and everything was picked up afterwards. I would recommend this company to everyone.

1st Impressions did a terrific job. I contacted 1st Impressions for an estimate and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Rob Tarro did the estimate and showed me his portfolio of pictures of stamped concrete work he had done. When I asked when I could get the patio installed he told me not until the end of July, as he was fully booked. When I explained that I hoped to have the patio done by the first week of July in time for my daughter 1st birthday party, he told me that if I made a decision within the week to go with his company, he would get it done in time. I chose to go with Rob because he is a likable and professional person who obviously took pride in his work. After meeting with 3 other companies, I knew 1st Impressions was the right choice. We were not disappointed. 1st Impressions completed the job on time as promised. The patio looks great.

Last summer we made the mistake of trusting a contractor who totally botched the job...and it took him all summer to do it! We were left with an ugly, unprofessional chunk of concrete in our back yard. This year, we went to Angie's List instead, and contacted Rob Tarro of 1st Impressions. His estimate was very reasonable and he had a good eye for visualizing the patio's color and shape. In less than a week - amazing to us after our last experience - his crew made the ugliness in our back yard disappear. We've gotten many positive comments from neighbors and friends, and would definitely go back to 1st Impressions for future projects.

Our overall experience with this Company was just great. Rob Tarro quoted well below other contractors. He never tried to simplify our design. They produced exactly what we wanted. The deck and porch was completed in just two and a half days. Our new patio is absolutely gorgeous, we get a ton of compliments. Most importantly he used straight talk with us. He never talked down to us, as was the case with some of the other contractors we had come in to give us estimates. He and his crew came at 8:00 am sharp the day he said he would to begin the project and our patio never took 2nd priority with him. We were amazed when he finished in the time frame he originally gave us. We were also assured that should we ever have any concern with his work in the future he would come and take care of the matter. Again, we are so pleased with our patio. It was the best investment we have made to date. We would definitely call 1st Impressions for future work!
