Never received a response.

We were at the beginning of a bathroom remodeling project and when we completed the demolition of the existing bathroom we discovered that we had a lot of mold on our walls and floors. Air Technology promptly gave us an estimate, explained what they could/would do, and promptly scheduled and completed the work. They were very professional from start to finish.

Very well. The workers even took care not to let my old cat outside...

It went very well. All people were very pleasant and professional and worked out time according to our available schedule.

The company was very responsive when contacted in July and scheduled the estimate within days and the work within a week following. We were impressed that the estimate included promise of a "certificate" of mold removal and were impressed by reading other reports on Angie's List that (and owner comments) that the company prided itself on not only ridding mold, but exploring remedies needed to avoid recurrence and improve household environment. We were very pleased with the work performed but very disappointed with "office" followthrough. The work was performed promptly, expeditiously, and professionally. Excellent cleanup. The disappointment was that now (3 months later and several phone calls and emails later) we still have no "certificate," nor do we have specific recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the future. The latter is surprising since we got prompt responses from the company by email that the lack of a certificate, and failure to suggest preventive techniques would be forthcoming with apologies for the delay. We would engage this company again but would not pay until "deliverables" promised (certificate, recommendations) were in hand. The workers seemed do their part beautifully but the "office" did not meet expectations.

The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They responded very quickly to my initial phone call, and the work was done in just a couple of hours. The outside correction of the drain pipe was completed without charge!

In response to potential mold or mildew issues in my 85 year old house, I had the basement inspected by Tom Flood. He suggested that spot treatment and remediation could be performed versus an entire basement waterproofing project. He explained his procedures and the "dos and dont's of basement mold treatment; this corresponded with my Internet research. He scheduled the 1 day project within a week, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up. I was very satisfied the inspection and outcome; I felt he was honest in his assessment.

Tom came out the next day for an estimate after I discovered mold in a ceiling closet. Tom and his team came out a few days later to perform the work. The entire process took about 5 hours from start to finish. They also inspected the entire house (including attic) for mold elsewhere outside of the area that they originally came to remedy.

Overall, it went smoothly. They were responsive to my initial request coming to perform the work the following week. The workers were polite. Chris Flood (the son of the owner) handled the sales call and came the day of the work. They wanted the basement totally emptied (less cleaning for them) and brought up a few of the stray items that we had left (and it appears they threw the stuff in our garage, e.g., a shelving unit they brought up was partially apart and on its side). After, the basement looked great (smelled better, too). However, it didn't appear that they HEPA vacuumed the carpet. Once the work was completed, they were slow to respond to requests for an invoice (took about 5 days for them to email the invoice and then it did not have any pricing included with it). I had paid the complete estimate quoted for the work upfront (even though they only asked for 1/2 as a deposit), so an invoice with detailed pricing would have been nice to see.

They were fast. When the inspector called them and told them we were anxious about the mold they had found, Chris Flood came right out and did emailed us an estimate within hours. We had no idea of the issue and price and this man was fast to give us answers and prices and we were much relived.

Chris Flood came to give an estimate and quote. He gave us additional advice, to investigate the cause of the moisture in attic. The work crew came and cleaned up area fairly well. They were courteous and efficient. Chris came back afterwards and gave me additional suggestions, to improve ventilation in other areas of house (basement) and other ways to prevent mildew/mold regrowth in future.

Estimate seemed high. It did not include drywall repair. I would have had to contract out for that.

Tom came out and inspected the situation. They were very informative about the nature of the problem, possible causes and way I could prevent it from reoccurring. The crew showed up as scheduled, and as far as I can tell, they did the job. One bad area: I never received the anaylsis document I paid $75 for.
