This was an emergency situation where the furnace had to be replaced because of a gas leak on the weekend before the temperature dropped. We discovered the issue on Friday and had a new furnace by Saturday evening. Christiam clearly knew what he was doing and overcame several challenges with the installation. My only minor nit is that they left a bunch of shavings around the edges of the furnace that should have been cleaned up.

We failed the annual gas meter inspection due to numerous small gas leaks on the house side of the meter. Hayder checked the entire system and there were leaks at nearly every joint. The gas pipes in the house were over 40 yrs old and quite corroded. After seeing how many leaks there were, I decided to do a total replacement for my peace of mind. He took care of the permit, removing all the old pipes, designing and installing all new piping. The new system looks so much better and even the city inspector was impressed with the quality of the work.

Very good company. They continuously sent us messages about the appointment status and called us if there was a delay. All the people I dealt with were nice. Talking with their technicians, they were all satisfied working for the company and indicated that the company had a good training program. I signed up for the Annual Service Care Plan which was a good deal for $288. It covers the spring A/C tuneup, the fall heating furnace tune up, and the annual tankless water heater flush. It saves me around $100 compared to paying individually for each service.
