Eco plumbers was incredibly responsive and sent one of their plumbers out within 1 hour of my call. The plumber was very professional and took care to clean up after himself in the worksite. The root of my C rating is that a relatively simple task (replacing a gasket on the bathtub overflow) turned into an expensive repair after the plumber broke a pipe trying to install the gasket. While i understand that pipes can corrode and break under stress(like installing this gasket) I was a bit shocked that the task which ended up taking the plumber about an hour of work in my home turned into $600 dollars ($100 for parts) repair. Would recommend if you're absolutely desperate, but Would seek other options based on price.

Same day service as phone call. Did not have to meet plumber (lock box on door), plumber let himself in and repaired the leaks and called me before, during, and after the job. Very professional and prompt. Ask for Brandon.

I was extremely pleased with Brandyn from the EcoPlumbers. My husband had been working to install a new vanity in our powder room, and he couldn't stop a leak. Brandyn fixed and explained everything very clearly. While I hated to have to hire a plumber, the quick resolution was worth the cost.

It didn't which is the problem. After finding them on here I called to set up an appointment. When I told them I work until 5:00 I was told they close at 5:00 and would be overtime. I suggested Saturday but that was also overtime. Since I was only asking for a free estimate I understood and agreed to leave work early to make the appointment on Friday 09/13 at 2:00 PM. Text message received 08:03 AM 09/12: This is a friendly reminder from The Eco Plumbers: You have scheduled service for Friday September 13 2019 - Saturday September 14 2019! You will receive a call 30 min prior to your technician's arrival to confirm your availability. Please ensure on the day of your appointment you answer or return the call within 10 min to verify arrival! Call us at (614) 299-9903 if you have any questions or need to reschedule this appointment. Thank you! When I called to ask why there was no time as agreed in this confirmation I was told that they would never give an exact time but would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I explained that when I first called I was given a time of 2:00 PM on 09/13 with a 30-minute call ahead. They couldn't explain why this message referenced an appointment spanning two days with no set start time. Text message received 10:08 AM 09/13: Hello, This is The Eco Plumbers. We are reaching out to update you about our arrival for your appointment today. Our arrival will be sometime after 12, with a 30 min call ahead when we have a technician on the way. You will also receive an update call between 2 pm and 3 pm if we haven't seen you yet. If this does not work for your schedule or you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 614-299-9903; Otherwise please respond "Yes" to confirm this works for you. > (Well that was about as clear as mud) I left work early and arrived at home in time to make the agreed upon appointment time. At 2:22 PM I received a call from a giggling girl who informed me that all her techs were busy and if I didn't have an emergency they would have to reschedule. When she asked if I could reschedule, I told her no which seemed to surprise her and left her speechless. I said thanks and hung up. I asked for a free estimate for plumbing work I plan to have done. They agreed to be here to give me that estimate. All their techs were on paying jobs and I found it hard to believe they actually had the nerve to think I would reschedule. I left work early to be here at the agreed upon time. Apparently they weren't as concerned with my schedule as their text messages state. Very unprofessional and I would neither use them or recommend them to anyone. I am just thankful they displayed their incompetence before they were involved in a project I was paying for.

Well. Found blockage to be caused by billiard ball (the 6 ball). Who knew?

My 3 year old water heater was leaking. It needed replaced. My water heater was under warranty. ECO-Plumbers does not sell that brand. The tech took the time to find a local wholesaler who sold the same brand as my water heater. He did all the paperwork to execute the warranty. Then he took my water heater to that vendor and picked up the free replacement water heater. Brought it back to my house and installed it. I probably could have found someone to perform the install for less, but these guys came out the same day. No hassle. Very professional. I will call them the next time I need a plumber.

The technicians did an excellent job. They put a camera in the line so I could see the problem. It took about 2 hours to get the line cleared. The line was totally clogged with roots and years of sludge. They worked very well as a team.

While servicing, he broke down something else and for that we need to pay more 100 bucks more

We have used EcoPlumbers a number of times in the past. The service has always been excellent, and the pricing reasonable. Unfortunately, my last experience has completely soured me on ever using them again. I had a water heater, at a rental property, that was actively leaking due to a crack in the tank. EcoPlumbers responded in a timely and professional fashion, as usual. However, this time there quote was for over $2200, to replace the tank and approximately 3 ft of copper pipe. I was shocked, but in a bind for time, as the tank was actively leaking, and getting an ever-growing area of the carpet wet (the house is a ranch on a slab). I authorized the work. That evening, after checking a few resources on the web, and calling a few other local plumbers, my suspicions were confirmed, I had been ripped-off; this job should have cost half what I was charged. It's a shame, really; I thought I had found a good company to replace the plumber I had previously relied on, after he retired. So, to summarize, EcoPlumbers can be a good company, with reasonable prices, until they feel they have you over a barrel, and then they will go into full-on rip-off mode. Don't take the chance.

I was able to complete the job over the weekend and cancelled scheduled appointment. Eco Plumbing was very accommodating in case I had further issues. I will call them for future work.

Team was professional and courteous. Were able to complete job on schedule. And, they cleaned work site when they were complete.

They are excellent, very prompt, very accommodating, exceptional and they have better design.

While we weren’t able to reproduce the leak, Robert tightened the bolts on my toilet tank as that is where I had seen the leak originally. He was so nice and didn’t charge me for the service call. He was able to give me an estimate in the event the leak recurred to replace the tank/bolts if needed. The company did a great job keeping me up to date on when the tech would arrive. I also received a text with Robert’s picture so I would know who was coming. I’ll definitely use this company for future needs.

I had all materials ready and he supplied the trap and a tube and he spent less than 2 hours and it cost $685. The faucet had a leak a couple hours later but I do not have dishwasher hooked up yet. I will check it again tomorrow. Based on average costs I have checked online, this was way over priced. I knew these guys were expensive, but this was a little ridiculous.

Hayer and Nathaniel were friendly and professional when they came to my house to repair plumbing. They explained services, provided estimates and guided to in making a decision that would be best for my home needs. Hayer replaced the sump pump and found the source of an ongoing leak. Nathaniel repaired a toilet that constantly was running water. Both gentlemen completed the job quickly. The price for the job was fair and they even gave me a few discounts. Summary: Highly organized and professional, but on the expensive side. (see end of review for how they went over-and-above expectations). One evening I noticed a trickle of water coming from the bottom of our standard tank water heater. It had been here since we moved in, so I knew it was probably near the end of its life. I found The Eco Plumbers through Angie's List, and they seem well reviewed, so I called them the next morning and they had a representative out within a couple hours. He went over the options, and took video notes for the technicians to follow. He wasn't pushy, but explained my options and we decided to go ahead with a tankless system as our 4 kids are getting older and showers are going to start getting longer :). The price was a little over $4,000 as we needed the larger unit to power our plumbing needs, he mentioned that normally they schedule out a couple weeks ahead, but since we have actual water on our floor right now they can be there later today. There didn't seem to be a rush price to speed things up, so I went ahead with it and paid a deposit. In hindsight, I should have gotten more quotes as I don't think this is a very competitive price, even with an online coupon I found, but I was also a little stuck since we had to turn off our hot water heater and could have a much bigger problem on our hands if this thing bottoms out soon or the leak gets worse. So, later that day two technicians arrived and began work. Even though I had a little buyer's remorse due to the price, I really couldn't have had a more professional experience with these guys: - A dispatcher called before both the project manager and workers showed up, and they were true to their estimated time windows. I received a text message with a photo of each person that would be coming to the home, a small touch, but nice to prevent letting someone else into the home by mistake. - They were clean and courteous, covering their shoes each time they entered, and laying canvas the entire path from the front door to the basement. - They cleaned up well after themselves. Finally, they did something unexpected which prompted me to write this review. I needed a small power strip to allow the plug to reach a nearby outlet. I had one lying around the house but it didn't have nail holes to mount it to the wall (which would have been preferred to having it dangling in the air). I told them to go ahead and use that for now, and I would go out and buy a power strip later that I could affix to the wall next to the unit. Well, as the work went into the early evening, my family and I had to go to an event we had planned, and when we returned, not only were they finished and the house locked back up, but somehow they had produced the exact type of power strip that I needed. I don't know if they had one in the van, or if they went out and bought one to not leave a job half-done, but they got exactly what I needed, and mounted it for me, without charging any extra. To me this was over and above what was required of them and for this reason I am happy to leave them a 5 star review, even if it wasn't the cheapest place. Then again, who knows. Cheaper isn't always better and I'd be hard-pressed to find a company that is more professional and as well-oiled a machine as The Eco Plumbers.

Had someone out to replace a toilet flange. Price seemed a bit much but I just wanted it done so agreed. Five minutes later plumber tells me he can't complete the work because the floor was not built right and there's nothing to mount the new flange to. Tells me I'm going to have to replace my whole bathroom floor, and then proceeds to charge me $160. All he did was pull the toilet off! BTW it wasn't even mounted to the floor because I had already unbolted it the day before to inspect the flange myself. Long story short I was able to fix my own floor and install my own new flange for less than $40 in materials from Lowe's and a few hours of labor on a Saturday. I would not recommend them for any toilet work, you can save yourself a lot of money with some googling and elbow grease. But, if you must use them, do yourself a favor and take your toilet off yourself first, and save yourself $160!

First of all, they called me the next morning after requesting service on Angie's List the night before. That does not always happen here. The plumber came, at my convenience, and offered solutions and worked with me to fix the issues quickly and to my satisfaction.

They were excellent. What makes them excellent are the work, attitude and everything.

Eco Plumbers did a fantastic job in installation, price and customer service. Their price was fair and the lowest of three that we sourced. The team came and removed the old tank and installed the new, took time to review how it should function, cleaned up completely including removal of the old tank. I would recommend them and plan on using them again!

They are excellent, efficient, neat, and tidy up. They are very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Eco Plumber’s have been my go to plumbing service for the last seven years. They were able to schedule Ryan to come out the following day. They were very kind to work with my schedule. Ryan came out and looked at the problem and indicated that it was not a water leak, Thankfully! He did a thorough check to make sure that it was not water. He also put some sealant on a small hole in an electrical pipe that was going out my crawlspace. I asked him what I owed and he indicated that there was no charge today! They have my highest recommendation. I will definitely call them the next time I have plumbing issues.

Went very well. Eco was easy to schedule, plumber came out as scheduled, he answered any questions I had and offered some advice. Thought he did a very good job, but I thought was on the expensive side.

It was nice to get a same-day response the day after a holiday. They came within a few hours, Chad, the technician, was very friendly and obviously competent by getting the job done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again. I did give them a B on price, but I doubt that any plumbing company would get an 'A' - plumbing repair is never 'cheap'. They did offer a $35 coupon however, which was nice and appreciated.
