They were a little expensive but they did a great job. I would hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

While the estimate was fair for the needed work and they were nice, I ended up doing the work myself.

So far it hasn't gone well. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes out. I called to see what stop I was on the day, and Austin just kept repeating it will be 30 minute call ahead. In the meantime I had something come up and wanted to see if we could get someone quicker. Austin just kept on repeating you will get a 30 minute call.

PRICE GOUGERS ALERT. Luke quoted 4X the price of the quote a year ago for the same work. Could not get line opened that his mentee got open last year. Their "non-negotiable" prices are quite high and I will take my work elsewhere.

It's very good. They come out once a year to check the plumbing.

Bob Hickey came to review the condition of our toilets, and provided estimates to either repair or replace them. One of the toilets has some water damage on the floor around the base, and Bob said we needed to call our insurance to file a claim and see what they would do about the floor first. I did, and the damage was covered, so Bob saved us $2k right there, since we didn't even realize it warranted a claim. Although I thought the EcoPlumber estimates seemed a bit high, we've had them here before and we've always been very satisfied with the promptness and quality of their work. So I don't really feel a need to shop around that much, since I can expect their work will be first-class. The actual work is not complete yet, because we're waiting for the floor repairs from another company, so my EcoPlumbers rating here is based on their service call, which was quick, thorough, professional, and very helpful. FOLLOWUP: Bobby came back today to install our three toilets, and did an outstanding job, we're very happy with the product and the work. PLUS, he discovered issues in the floor repair which had been completed by another company earlier in the day. I called that other company, and allowed Bobby explain the problem to them, professional-to-professional. When they tried to work out a "between us" solution with him, he immediately declined and passed the phone back to me. We put the toilet on hold, while they come out tomorrow to address their issue. Bobby assured me there will be no additional charge for him to come back and seat the toilet once the other group has corrected their issue. For me, this really puts Eco Plumbers at the top of my list for integrity and customer focus. Finding a professional who will watch out for my interests like that can be so hard to find these days. This makes twice in a row, that Bobby has intervened on my behalf, in the middle of a job, to make sure the job gets done right. I can't thank him enough for this, and Eco Plumbers, thank you for sending such high quality people to my home!!!

The work seems to be top-notch. Hayder was prompt, courteous, and professional. He gave me before-and-after photos so that I could bill the contractor that broke the drain pipe.

The gentlemen that came to my house were pleasant, but I felt that I was continually being "upsold" when I wanted a clear quote. For simply fixing 2 dripping showers (they were older faucets), they insisted on quoting opening a hole in my wall, installing an access panel, rebuilding my faucet stems, and replacing my tub stopper. They would not tell me how much just to try to replace the cartridge in the shower faucet.

Pricing was different than what I was told. Done on iPad; couldn't see entire quote. Wouldn't do that again

We purchased a new faucet to replace a leaking kitchen faucet and called Eco Plumbers to install the new faucet. They charged $299 to replace the faucet, plus an additional $15 for a part to extend the cold-water line. We thought was a little high, but we agreed to it. While they were there we asked if they could caulk around the sink. They charged us $154 and left a mess of caulk all over the sink. We called and asked to speak to a manger. They said one would have a manager call us back, but two days later we have not heard a word.

The installation went smoothly. I submitted a negative review previously. I have talked with the company and we have solved the problem.

Plumber named Skiller augered the toilet because I was sure it was a clog, but he determined that it was an issue with the toilet. He showed me that the drain was clear.

Appreciated that they could come the next day. Ended up being a larger issue than we called for, but the repairman was able to spend the extra time and had all the needed parts, so we were glad to get it all addressed.

Very timely, called on Saturday and someone was able to come out same day but we chose to have them come on Monday. Aaron provided xtremely professional service. Snaked drain all the way to the curb. Price was $200 and that was with Angie's List credit of $35.

They did the job, but were outrageously expensive. It took him 2 min and the charge was $150. I then asked him to look at my daughter's tub--which was draining slow--- and he tried to charge me $238. I went to the hardware store and bought a plastic snake for $2.00 and did it myself. It took 2 min. They are a rip off

I arranged to have Eco Plumbers come out to my house to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain on a Saturday. I was willing to pay the extra emergency service fee. I was put on their standby list on Saturday and told that it was quite likely that they would get to me that day. When they ran out of time on Saturday, they put me on the schedule for Sunday. Since I had not heard from them by 3:30pm on Sunday, I called to get a status check. They told me that I was next on the list for the service technician to take care of. I called again at about 5:15pm when I still had not heard anything further from them. The dispatcher started making poor excuses and then said that I was still on the list for Sunday evening, this time however it was after another service call. I was quite irritated. The dispatcher all but hung up on me for calling him out on the lie. Then a bit later, the technician called me directly to tell me that the job he was on was going to take quite a bit longer and that he could not accomplish any additional service calls in the evening. I asked him to have the dispatcher call me back to arrange another service time. They did not call again so I called twice more. Despite the outgoing message stating that I was "guaranteed a call back within 15 minutes," I did not get a call back at all after leaving a message. I called again and left a message again with no response. For two days, I was led to believe that I was going to have my clog removed. I stopped calling other plumbers because of the Eco Plumbers promises to me. Now I am stuck having to start the whole process over again and I lost two days. It was a very frustrating interaction.

Price was terribly high between $500 and $980. Amanda’s plumbing completed job for $185.

It went very well. It was diagnosed well. I thought the problem was under the kitchen sink, but he correctly diagnosed it as a problem with the drain pipe to the basement. The service man was very personable and very professional. I recommend ECO and would use them again.

It didn't go. The Eco-Plumbers were offering a $49 "deal" to inspect our sump pump for a possible maintenance issue and I called Friday afternoon to book an appointment for the following Monday. I should have known better the instant the guy on the phone said he couldn't provide an exact time for the technician to show up, but they would call and give 30 minutes notice before they got there. Monday rolls around and at 8:00 am my wife is up and waits for the call. And waits. And waits some more. Finally, at 4:00 pm she calls The Eco-Plumbers to learn their crews are "running behind" but will call as soon as they are available. Then to add the whipped cream to this manure pie, the dispatcher said because when they DID finally decide to show up, it would likely "fall outside of the normal service window" and they would NOT honor the $49 deal. Got that? They don't show up at anything remotely resembling a reasonable time and when they do the coupon (which is why they were chosen in the first place) will NOT be honored. Wow. Bait-and-switch much? My wife rescheduled the appointment to the following Thursday instead, but I today I called and cancelled the appointment after informing the person on the other line I thought what they tried to pull was a shabby and unprofessional way to conduct business. If the Eco-Plumbers doesn't have enough staff to handle the work thrown their way, that is not my problem. MY PROBLEM begins when a supposed Angie's List "Super Service" award winner conducts their business in such a lax, unsuitable and incompetent manner. Long story short, I would NEVER do business with The Rip-Off Plumbers again and since Angie's List is no longer the only game in town any longer for recommendations for so-called "pros," I have serious reservations their tacit endorsement of this sort of amateur night garbage does their reputations any good either.

Very responsive and professional staff. Adam came out and gave me an estimate the day after I called. He understood what I wanted and wrote up an estimate while at my house. I asked for the installation to be two days later, but they called to see if I wanted the installation a day earlier which we did. Gene, the installer was very professional and explained what he was going to do and got to work. A few hours later I was able to take a shower without the hot water running out! I would recommend Eco Plumbers to all!
