Great! Responsive and quick: they had someone out in a few hours on a Saturday. No surprise charges or services: very professional.

Awesome service. Plumber replaced leaking pipe,removed section of plumbing no longer in use,and asked if he could do anything else...all that for $300.00 less than first plumber and under 2 hours.

It went just fine for the shut off valve replacement and faucet installation. For the toilet replacement, we had a couple of things occur, but the company made it right. We have a very small space and we'd asked for one style toilet, but got a different one, and we weren't thrilled with the toilet seat added either. There was some question on whether the slope of the toilet was a bit off as well. The company came back out and fixed all of our concerns.

Dan came out, quickly assessed what was needed. Explained it all and made it very clear. Provided options and they completed all of the work the same day for a more than fair price. I couldn't be happier. The customer service I called to set up the appointment was amazing too. I will have a lot of plumbing work in my future and glad I found this company...I will hire again and again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I was quoted a price to fix two toilets at $500. When the repairman arrived, I was then told if I needed another part, it would cost me an additional $160.00 per toilet. I was not prepared for the additional cost. So I was only able to get one toilet repaired.

Robert Crowder, our technician, first put in a new flapper, and the toilet stopped running for a week or so then started running again. Robert came to the house again, and there were other parts causing the leak. He gave us option that included replacing old parts or getting a new toilet installed. He recommended a good brand if we chose the new toilet option and wanted to buy our own toilet vs one from them. We chose to buy our own new toilet and have them install it. Robert came back out to put the new toilet in after we purchased it, and he did a great job. What we paid for the original fix was deducted from the cost of the new work. Robert always wore his mask and explained everything we needed to know relative to the work he was doing.

He was very good, Faege was a wonderful technician, very courteous, cleaned up very well afterwards and explained everything very well.

Misogynistic, high pressure business tactics! First the plumber didn't even evaluate my hot water heater even though I was adamant that I wanted it repaired. He immediately started high pressure sale tactics including misinformation/lies and even stated there is price fixing amongst the large company plumbers in Columbus ("you can get a second opinion but we are all within 5% of each other in price" his exact words). He talked to me like I was complete idiot in regard to maintence of my hot water heater. Did you know that lime and sediment will turn into stone that essentially makes it impossible to change your elements?! I wish I was exaggerating but that was "education". Once he finally got to pricing of fixing my 8 year old water heater, I was shocked over their prices! To change the elements, they were going to charge $660 + $149 to flush it. These are $30-40 parts. I understand they are company and need to turn profit and was expecting to pay $200-300 not over $800!! I asked him to email me the options so I could evaluate them. As he was leaving he said "once you look over them and get permission to move forward, I get someone out here today if you call soon". Permission? To spend my own money? I was dumbfounded by the sexist comment. Needless to say, I ended up replacing the elements on my own for $40 and now have hot water. I did have some lime in the bottom my tank that I was able to easily flush out. In summary, if you plan to use this company I would recommend: 1. Do your homework on the prices beforehand 2. Never allow them in your house with just a woman present.

This was my worst experience with Angie's List ever, and we have been with this service for well over 20 years. I called Eco Plumbers in mid July 2020. They were really busy and said they could not get to us until August 4, 2020. That was about three weeks away, but they had a great reputation on Angie's List, so we agreed. They told me could not give me a time, but they wold be at my home before 6:00 pm because after that there was an additional $70 service call. I told them that anytime during the day was fine. There was no need for an after-hours call. I purchased a new toilet and moved it too the hallway on August 3rd. I had it sitting in the hallway just in case the old one could not be fixed. I got a text in the morning of August 4th saying they were running late and might not get to us that day. They offered us a discount if they could come the next day. I called them and explained that the next day would not work for us. I had arranged my schedule so I would be there on August 4th. They told me that would be OK and they would be at my home later that day. I asked them if they were sure, because I actually had someone else available who could come that day and do the work. So, if they could not be there that day, I needed to know so I could make other arrangements. The person assured me they would still be there that day. So, I did not get anyone else to do the work. I waited all day. I finally got a call from Eco Plumbers at 6:00 pm telling me that their plumber could be there by 6:30 pm, but there would be an additional $70 or so charge because the call would now be after 6:00 pm. I told them to forget it. This is horrendous. I will never use them or rely on them again. I see them as not being reliable and not trustworthy. me before 6:00 pm ,

It went ok. Not sure if I would use this company again. The Work done was decent. The plumber had great reviews but was not the friendliest that day so it could have been a bad day which is understandable.

They called back promptly and informed me they did not do that kind of work even though every time I asked for excavating services on Angies list, they were the first company that showed up.

Everything was fine, easy, worked well. I was unhappy that questions of the efficiency of the water heater they were selling didn't get discussed. i should have asked about this, but didn't. It turns out that (despite the "eco" in their name, which maybe fooled me) the water heater we ended up with is not very efficient, thus will be both expensive and bad in terms of carbon footprint.

Service was outstanding - I would definitely use Eco Plumbers again.

After being their customer for several years, including the purchase and installation of a new water heater, sump pump, plus annual service contracts, when I called to request service, I was told I would have to wait 9 days! Unacceptable, even for a new customer. I will not use them again and will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere for dependable customer service.

The plumber who arrived was very pleasant and informative. The stubborn toilet clog was cleared quickly.

Good - I was going to have two faucets replaced, but I did not want to spend that much (over $700).

Chris was on time, professional and personable. He explained the procedure and cost of the camera inspection and the cost to mark "locations" if a problem was found. First line was clean and intact. Second line had 2 areas where irrigation company had hit the pvc line. Chris marked the spot, took pictures, recorded video and notes. I will not be having them do the work as the Irrigation company returned my call immediately and offered to fix both problems at their cost. The issue was identified at 11:00 aM and resolved by 2 PM.

Clean, professional, wore a mask and gloves to prevent transmission of the 'rona. Had boot booties to avoid tracking the outside into my house. Gave a broad spectrum of estimates, covering options that he knew I had asked about for curiosity's sake rather than because they would be part of this job. Good communication throughout the process, and answered all of my questions. Pleasant to have about.

Took 2 visits but they finally figured it out and they were all very professional.

Good and bad. Couple of times they were not on time or never came out. They never call to say they are running late. But they are a friendly people. They did a good job.

Nathan was super - very friendly and professional. Turns out our issue is related to grout, not plumbing - but I would not hesitate to call Eco Plumbers again.

We had to reschedule for a day later because they were running late on scheduled date. Otherwise, they were on time and professional. They scoped my drain and identified the blockage. I thought their estimate to repair was high, ($1400) so I elected to do the work myself. The cost for the the initial visit was less than $50, very reasonable for service performed.

The plumber was fantastic but the pricing was outrageous. To replace two flapper valves in two toilets I was charged $200 for 15 minutes of work. Altogether I spent $736 on 1 hour of work. Never use them again. Pricing is a rip off.
