Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Both Nathan and Del were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job replacing the stop valves under the kitchen sink, fixing my leaky garbage disposal and replacing the faucet.

Okay, but instead of needing just one part replaced, it snowballed and many parts were hard to find (thermocouple, gas controller). The initial quote seemed reasonable, but as repairs added up, it turned out to be fairly expensive. This all started over the weekend after Thanksgiving, too, which made finding parts difficult, and so the repair continued into Monday. I appreciate Tech Jared's perseverance, and he was very personable, but he sometimes gave the impression that parts were found and things about done, when they weren't, yet. He needs to tamp down his optimism a bit when speaking with clients. All said, our water heater was repaired and doesn't leak!

Great! Jared from ECO Plumber replaced our failing sump pump in September. The old one leaked motor lubricant which created a gel which caused the pump to fail. Jared explained what happened and suggested a battery backup unit. Jared cleaned the gel, installed the new pump, tested it completely and cleaned the work area. I called ECO Plumbers today to check the pump due to my noticing gel was forming again. Jared arrived and checked the area and explained it was not the gel but instead a fungus which is normal. I was pleased with the explanation. ECO Plumbers were quick to respond and did not charge for the inspection. I highly recommend ECO Plumbers for any plumbing needs. Very prompt, professional, and they do excellent work.

Great technician for a fabulous company. Eco Plumbers fixed a water delivery problem that another company caused by installing an inadequate pump. Over the last winter, and again now, we have sustained hot water for all our needs. The technician was running late due to an unanticipated problem somewhere else. The office called to tell us, to provide a new window of service or a reschedule. We really appreciate that kind of communication. Everything's in good shape.

They had a technician at my house within hours of my call. Hayder was very professional. He quickly prepared an estimate, then completed the work (replacing a section of pipe) within an hour. Hayder pointed out additional corrosion spots and included them in the section he replaced. Very good work!

Josh was technician who came out and was very courteous and professional. We weren't totally happy with price charged for less than an hour of work and a lot of the drywall cutting to get to pipes had been done before he started working on it. Long story short, we called the company and expressed our dissatisfaction and ultimately they refunded a portion of what we paid. We would definitely use them again in future.

Ammar immediately identified the problem, explained it in detail, gave me a quote and repaired the valve less then 1 hour. I would highly recommend and I would hire him and Eco Plumber again without hesitation.

We lost hot water on Saturday. We looked up plumbers on the List, called the Eco Plumbers, and left a message. They got back to me very quickly. They were friendly and helpful. I am high risk for Covid complications and when I told them, they asked what they could do to protect me beyond just wearing a mask. I greatly appreciated that consideration. We scheduled them for Sunday. Seage came out and laid out the options (fix the nipple or replace the heater) and let us discuss it before deciding. He needed to disconnect everything to do either. Since our heater was 3 years past "the longest life expectancy" for heaters, we decided to replace it. Seage was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased with him or the Eco Plumbers. We will certainly use them again and request Seage if he is available for our call!

The office notified us when plumber was in route. He used health protocols wearing mask, gloves & shoe covers. Nick had reviewed our gas water heater 2019 installation before coming and quickly analyzed the problem. He easily answered our questions, ordered a replacement part and offered to install the part at our earliest convenience. Could not have asked for better service.

Eco are reliable, fast, and professional. Not the cheapest. They always quote plenty of options in a variety of price ranges but in my experience are never pushy about their pricier solutions if you make it clear they aren't in the budget.

Good. Luke did a thorough evaluation of the damage to our previously apparently partially repaired sewer line, and gave an estimate. Granted, it's alot of money for this repair but 1) they don't have to dig an eight foot trench like the other company did 7 years ago, 2) they provide an 18 month no-interest payment plan, and 3) there's a 50 year guarantee on their work. It will be worth it.

Went well, didn't expect to have to do all that work, but Luke sent a camera down the pipe and showed me where it was collapsing, so I got it replaced.
