Isaiah Baum completed the Navien tankless water heater flush and water filter change flawlessly. I was impressed by technical skills and respectful personality.

Very professional and knowledgeable. However it seemed like they were making the project way more complicated in terms of what needed to be done. This resulted in their price being a lot higher than I expected. I am not sure if they were going to put in a different faucet and that was what made it more complicated. Someone else was able to do the job more simply with the same type of faucet that we had.

I received a call at 7:30 am to let me know the technician would arrive in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later he had arrived. It took only one technician to remove my old 40 gallon tank from the basement and replace it with a 50 gallon tank. I asked him to try to move it as far to the right as possible since I have to get around it to do laundry and it was already a tight squeeze with the smaller tank. He completed the work quickly and cleanly and managed to give me as much and maybe a little more space to get around it. He was patient and asked if I had any questions. All my questions were answered with kindness and clarity. I am very happy with the new water tank and the installation process. I hope I never need to buy another water heater, but if I do I would hire Eco Plumbers again.

Bobby came out to assess the issue, but the leak wasn't leaking. So he recommended not doing any repair, but watch it for a while. Over the weekend the leak reappeared. I texted a picture, and he called back immediately, and scheduled to return first thing Monday. He replaced only the parts that were the issue, no more. We always ask for Bobby as he is always professional, informative, and does the job well. And he always comes back at no additional charge if the problem hasn't been fully resolved.

Bob was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get our hot water heater repaired, I felt like he really cared and made us a priority.

Ammar showed up on time as anticipated. He was very professional, came in with mask and foot booties on. He assessed our kitchen sink faucet and said he did not have parts for our Cygnet faucet which we purchased as a package from granite formations and that I would have to order parts or he could provide a new fixture to replace our existing faucet which he had all the parts for installation. The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us....

We weren't able to get the bathroom tub hardware replaced due to cost. But we did agree to replace the furnace so we didn't have any worries later. Was definitely more than we wanted to spend but did what we had to.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Eco Plumbers was by far the most responsive of the three companies we contacted, which was great given that our old hot water heater was no longer working. One company said they could come out in a week to take a look -- Eco Plumbers was out to the house within an hour or so of talking with them and our new tankless water heater was installed the same day. Sales and installation people were all great -- very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Derek, the lead installer, was especially good and took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions.

Nick was very professional. He installed and replaced the toilets in the kids and downstairs bathroom with quality Champion Line American Standard brand. He also installed new pipe valves. Excellent job.

It went well, the replacement was finished in 2 hours, 30 minutes of which was going to get the new part from a commercial retailer. The price for 90 minutes of work was $540!!! Do not contract with these guys for small jobs, as they seem to have a rather high up front charge.

I received a call the technician was on his way, he arrived within 15 minutes of that call. Skilier was super friendly, very professional and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Skilier wore a mask and covered his shoes. He left the area he worked in exactly the way it was when he arrived so there was no additional cleanup necessary. I assume I won’t have any additional problem with the drain so I would definitely use Ecoplumbers again. I really don’t know the going rate for this job but I assume it is fair taking into consideration from the time I called to an unclogged drain was about 24 hrs and it falls between 2 major holidays.

Okay, but electric line to street light was broken. It has not been resolved yet. Issue between OUPS and Ecoplumbers to determine who is at fault. No update for the last week.

it went very well. Very informative and helpful. Water heater pricing was higher than I would like but pricing for the other services were good.

I was so grateful that they were able to come out because I had a major bathroom issue. When they left the first time, they assured me that all of the lights that they turned on had been turned off and that the water had been turned back on and both of these things were false. In addition there was water leaking from underneath my sink. They came back to replace the tub and scratched up the floor (they were notified the same day and said they would come out to have someone look at it and that has not happened) . When they left I noticed that they used MY towel and MY paper towels during the service without asking me. The service advisor Luke Robinson recommended his "uncle Tony" for the tile repair around my exposed shower area and uncle Tony has canceled and said he may be able to come out Wednesday and all the while my gas and electric bill are going through the roof as I am doing everything that I can to stay warm... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They came on time and followed the restrictions of COVID. They gave us very competitive rate and finished the job next day within an hour. Very quick and professional!

Josh Huffman did a great job. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. He diagnosed it as just pipes and nuts needing tightening, a quick and inexpensive fix. He fixed kitchen faucet and added a bidet attachment. I couldn't be happier. ECO Plumbers have always been great for me.

Great job. Went above and beyond to help me find a water leak. Replaced a spicket in no time flat and installed a shut-off valve on top of that. GREAT service and people!
