Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I have a double sink in my kitchen. The main sink (with the garbage disposal was draining very slow. When it was full of water and the garbage disposal was turned on, water would project out of the secondary sink. The Eco Plumber snaked out the drain and fixed the problem.

Stephen Drain and his assistant/apprentice (Lindsay?) were punctual, respectful of property, skilled, courteous, and professional. Stephen explained each step and issue encountered. He helpfully returned to answer some questions about options to address a faucet handle to escutcheon spacing issue. Per internet search, this issue not uncommonly arises due to design and engineering of Moen single handle fixture itself.

Robert worked hard completing a challenging amount of work by himself in a relatively short period of time. He was focused and did a high quality job.

Excellent job and great communication and he explained everything that they did and did the job that another company couldn’t.

It went well. It was an all day job with two crews. It was messy and expensive, but done efficiently with both crews checking in periodically to report on progress. Shout out to Nick S and his partner, and to Aaron C and his partner.

Excellent! The tech was very good and helpful. Gave me a couple of good options and answered all my questions. Their price was about the same as the other company that came out. Levi was patient in dealing with the home warranty company. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stard is because they were suppose to come on Monday , and didn't show up or call and just automatically reaceduled me for Thursday.

Old water heater removed and new water heater installed efficiently.

Eric was extremely professional and efficient. He provided several tips and advice on future issues that may arise. Quick diagnosis ensured that the problem was restricted to the issue at hand. Eric cleaned up the work area nicely and wiped down the cabinet area too. Would definitely recommend eco plumbers and Eric again!!!!

The problem was more complicated than expected (a collapsed pipe); the company is sending out another crew. Though the issue is still not completely resolved, Lamar explained what he was doing and what was happening at each step of the work. Every Eco Plumbers employee I have dealt with over the last few years has been thoroughly professional, polite, and neat in their work.

This was a disappointing experience. I made the appt a week in advance. I missed a day of work. I waited all day at home and called customer service several times in the afternoon to get an ETA. The nice lady I spoke with at 5 PM had to tell me no one would be out. She ordered to reschedule for another day and offered a 39 dollar discount of the needed work. The cost to me is too much as this would require me to take more time off from work. Though customer service was very professional speaking with me I have to give this company an F as the minimum goal in the beginning is showing up at the set date (day...there was not set appt time or time window). If you work and/or busy and need a dependable plumber, I would recommend you not call Eco Plumber.

Nathan was excellent. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, etc. Quality of work was top notch. But you pay for it...the cost seemed materially higher than it should have been. I had a tight timeline so proceeded with the work. Would absolutely use Nathan/Eco again, but would want to get other prices first.

Very well, inspection did not find any breakage in the pvc. Austin found the contractor that built the house skimped on the thickness of the pvc so it will be more prone to damage, that's why I decided too go with hydro jetting instead of snakeing it.

Ammar came out quickly, did a great job, and was very helpful. He arrived on time and showed me various options to choose from. He did the repair and in the process he discovered one of the pipes were too short so he replaced that. I would definitely hire him again and I would highly recommend him.

Stephen did a great job. Extremely professional and efficient. Installed an additional water stop so that replacing filters would be easier next time. Great experience.
