My serviceman, Chris Wykoff, was very good. He described the issue to me and checked with his office to determine a cost. he then made the repairs very quickly. The costs was higher than what I expected but the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Work was done quickly, basement was left near and clean.

This company is wonderful. They provided a complimentary service visit to see if our drain pipe was working properly. We noticed some water collecting near the pipe after a heavy rain. Lamar was kind, prompt & honest. He flushed our drain with our garden hose and it turned out the blockage was excess leaves. He suggested their service that has a camera attached to see how the pipe looked (overall) and to see if there was any more blockage. But considering our garden hose was able to remove the blockage we have opted to wait and he agreed that was a safe bet. We appreciate honesty & integrity.

Took 1.5 hours, obstruction at 45 feet down line. Even cleaned out the gunk stains on the sink sides.

Since moving into my home, started to notice the sink drains backing up. Figured it was hair on stopper or the j tube getting clogged. With little to no time to figure out myself, hired Eco Plumbers to come over and get things flowing again. A hour later, 4 sinks now flow correctly.

Both representatives we’ve had out to our home have been amazing. Isaiah B. was here today to install a new garbage disposal and address our leaky faucet and he did an amazing job. He was quick, friendly, and honest. Similarly, we had Rick F. out a few months ago to replace our ancient water heater and he worked tirelessly into the late evening making sure everything was well taken care of. I can’t recommend Eco Plumbers and their outstanding technicians enough. Thanks, Isaiah and Rick!

My main sewer line was backed up (standing water) which meant I qualified for the 1 pass with small spade adapter at end of snake and only go 75ft out in my line. ( if my clog was 100ft too bad for me and would be $420). If you have clog and standing water you get one pass up to 75ft with no root cutting blade. First time customer that one pass cost $93 and hopefully it’ll unclog your line. ( it did for me ! Ya! ). If not then starts the real bleeding $$$$. I’m must of been under a rock for last 20 years but close to $500 to snake your sewer line is outrageous! So if you have loads of money and money isn’t a factor? They were professional and got the job done same day, if you are tight on cash I’d look elsewhere! That’s why they won’t quote any kind of price over the phone because they’d never get their foot in the door. Good luck and good flushing.

Eco Plumbers did a good job. I thought the price was high, but not only did the plumber successfully explain why it was so high, he also added value by advising and assisting me on a couple of troublesome plumbing-related issues at the house. For example, a house inspector cited an existing flexible pipe under a bathroom sink as a problem, said it needed to be replaced (though it wasn't causing any issues). However, the plumber reviewed, explained why it had been used, what would have had to be done to replace it, and why it was probably low risk to just leave it alone. I ended up feeling satisfied and glad I'd called a competent plumbing company. Didn't find this company through Angi's List, but wanted to give them a thumbs up. Work was done April 2021.

The gentleman that came out was very courteous. Got to work right away and did a nice job. The reason I would not hire again, and for the low rating, is that the price was extremely high. My fault, I should have asked before he started what it would be and I did not. It was at last $100-150 higher than I expected. Very disappointed in the cost considering the job was done in less than an hour!
