Shared drain between laundry room and kitchen was mostly clogged with a couple decades of lint, grease, etc. As always, Eco Plumbers did a great job! Fast service, very good communication from the main office, and the service techs did a fast and efficient job.

Derrick Littlejohn did a great job as always. He is very professional and explains what he found that needed to be fixed. I would hire again.

Chris as always has been very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. He checked the underground drainage system the installed probably over a year ago. He immediately put the camera in the underground drainage system to see where the problem was and discovered the end of the system was grown over and clogged. Chris immediately identified and uncovered and unclogged the area and immediately the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend Chris and Eco Plumbers to anyone

Austin was professional, and gave me a heads up about what he was going to do, an estimate, timing etc. Then he just quickly eliminated the problem and had us up and running without any hassle.

Dan from Ecoplumbers did a great job determining where leak was, communicating price and then fixing it. There was another problem that popped up after water turned back on, but he came back next business day and fixed a different sink.

Everyone from sales to implementation were great. Michael explained the work clearly to us.

Technician arrived and quoted a price much higher ($220?, can't remember) than the person on the phone did the day before for a 30 min job (per the technician). The original quote (which was the day before) was for $189 plus they said that I could use a $25 coupon on top of that. The technician called his manager, Braun, who wouldn't uphold the quoted price from the day before, although they were going to allow the coupon. Regardless, their integrity was compromised so I didn't want them to perform any service on my equipment. Sadly, I liked them last year, when they installed the equipment, although I thought their installation cost was pretty high. Beware of bait and switch pricing and attempts to sell you expensive service plans.

Austin did a great job. He was very polite and gave a full explanation of the options to fix the problem. He was very respectful of my COVID concerns. Job was completed very quickly. After making the appointment last evening, they sent someone today.

Dan and Parker were great. They determined that I needed a general contractor to fix the problem because of the tile floor. They also recommended against other “fixes” I was considering. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty

Levi was excellent with great customer service skills! This is the second time I have used Ecoplumbers. They were prompt, professional, and upfront about costs.
