They came out the same day I called to diagnose my issues. Then I was able to easily schedule the work to be done in a few days. Rodney gave me my options and got the work done quickly. I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

The faucet was repaired, but we were charged WAY too much for the the actual part and the actual time the tech was there. The tech spent minimal time fixing the problem and overcharged us for his time and product. We fought with the company to come back out and reimburse us. They were not very understanding. They said the tech was there for 1 and half hours, when he was really only there about a half hour. I would not recommend.

Parker from Eco Plumbers came to repair what I thought was a leak. After inspecting the plumbing and testing the showers, toilets, and faucets, I learned there was no leak after all. I appreciate his willingness to answer all of my questions and check every area of concern. Most importantly, I appreciate his integrity.

Great! Had check valve replaced on my sump pump. I was also shown options of different sump pumps but no pressure to upgrade my pump which is working fine. He was very professional and cordial and fast! Would definitely hire again! They don't charge by the hour so you know exactly what it will cost before they do the work.

I feel gouged and taken advantage of. My elderly mother-in-law had been without water as of Saturday morning when her water tank failed and water had flooded her basement. We had done damage control to control the flooding and protect her possessions. We had to shut off her water to the condo. We called around several plumbers, several who were up front with their expected servicing timelines. We requested a standard 40 gallon, water tank replacement in our request. Eco Plumbers said they could do the tank replacement between 8-2pm on Monday. We accepted. Monday morning we had a visit, but it wasn’t for a replacement, it was a sales rep to take deposits and sign agreements. As with most sales reps, I liked ours. We thought the price was high, but accepted the work with the expectation it would be completed early to mid afternoon as was expressed Saturday. Also, we didn’t want to start over and have my mother-in-law be without water for several more days. At this point, we had signed agreements for the work. Nothing as of 2pm… We made numerous calls from ~2pm to 6pm and escalated. If we hadn’t done this, I don’t think anything would have been done Monday. It was very hard to get someone on the phone as the machine kept picking up for same day service call help. We did get tank replacement service, which started at 6:30 and ended at 8:15pm. Some of the service was to drain the tank, which we had already done this. This was a standard installation. I will note that I liked the plumbers that did the tank replacement. Looking at the price of the water heater on amazon, I estimate we paid somewhere close to $1300 of service labor for roughly 2 hours of work and a day of frustration. We paid $2097 in total for a standard 40 gallon water heater with a single year of warranty. From Saturday, we were expecting a 40 gallon tank service visit between 8-2pm on Monday. Instead, we got a sales visit. If we had known we were signing up for a Monday morning sales visit, we would have also continued with other plumbers in comparison. I feel gouged and taken advantage of.

The tune up was just what I needed. The toilet no longer runs after it is flushed. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

Skilier was great, very nice guy, completely professional. He was able to remove the clog in 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend him. The price the office/company charges for a simple clog was extremely high ($400). I understand the cost of skilled contractors and inflation but for a simple sink clog it was steep.

The master technician, Hayder Saleh, was extremely skilled, highly professional and with a friendly demeanor. Mr. Saleh performed the work flawlessly, a clear indication of his skills and experience. I will certainly call on Eco Plumbers on my next plumbing need. Price was reasonable and what I expected. One last note, Eco was able to dispatch the technician and provide the repair within a few hours of my call-unbelievable!

These guys are on it.. Both Austin & Del are very personable, knowledgeable and professional about their own part of the job(s). They arrived when scheduled and stuck with the quoted prices, even though both gentlemen had to go above and beyond the scope of the job to complete it properly.

Rocco was very polite and did a good job....had to go get a part ...took about an hour. Came back and did the job in less than an hour. Charged for emergency repair (same day service) but didn't tell me and I thought the price was too high but needed to get it done. Will have to think twice about that next time.

Amazing service: Matt troubleshooted problem quickly, removed calcium buildup in toilet bowl, checked 2nd toilet, made recommendations for our “old” toilets (1997, 2008). Best part? No charge! Matt said he did not really do any work since the plunger unclogged toilet. Thank you, Matt!

He was in a very small area and had trouble getting snake to go down at the T. It wanted to go up but he kept at until he got clog removed. He was very pleasant and informative!

great! - techs did a thorough check for a problem but could not find any leak happening at the time; suspect whole faucet needs replaced and will plan for that in future; no charge for visit! they are courteous and professional - would have them come back again for sure

Del and his assistant arrived on time, completed the job and were extremely professional. The punctuality, shoe covers, and communication during the process are appreciated.

I would not recommend due to exorbitant pricing. Cost of snaking the kitchen drain and replacing a 6 inch section of pipe was $622. The job took them 45 minutes. They did offer a cheaper option ($400) but this did not include fixing the leak. Obviously I should not have had them do the job, but I knew nothing about plumber pricing. I subsequently discovered that Jack Woods and The Waterworks would have done the work for hundreds less.
