Pairrish Cowans and Joseph Phillips and their crew did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done and removing the old hot water tank and installing the new one! It was truly great experience! Also, we want to thank Adam Holbein for giving us the estimate and drawing up the contract! Excellent job!

They are very professional, and the work performed was very good. Showed up as expected. Very nice. The only issue was price. They showed me a quote, which I accepted (so it's on me). I assumed (falsely) that there was more to the work or parts than I thought. But I wanted the work done, and didn't want to deal with calling someone else. Part of the problem was they quote the price for the whole project without breaking down estimated time and materials (and, no I didn't ask, my fault). The final price was just the quoted project cost, not actual time/materials. This makes it easier to pad the price. The work completed was repairing a leaky shower and replacing a main shut off valve. The work took about 6 hours for one technician to complete. I would consider hiring them again. The work was quality; I'd just have to be more skeptical of price.

Gene from Eco Plumbers came to fix my leaky toilet. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. He let me know what was needed each step of the way. Thanks Gene and Eco Plumbers!

We called them to have a routine maintenance for our water heater. When the technician saw our main shutoff, he claimed that the piping work was in violation of the city code of 2020 and that we had to fix it right away. The estimate was $3000. He claimed that he contacted his company about the violation and his company is contacting the city already, adding that the city could come in any day to shut off the water without any further communication with us. I declined the service and called the city afterward. According to the city, (1) If our plumbing work is not up to the code, it will be a good idea to have a plumber examine it. (2) The city will not collect information in the manner described by this technician. (3) If the city find any issue, they will communicate that with us directly and we'll have 21 days to fix it. The technicians behavior was completely unacceptable, disgusting, and grotesque. For your own protection, do not let them in.

Robert Blanton and the crew from Eco Plumbers came out on a rainy wet day to check our new sump pump. We were concerned there was a clog or water leaking. They ran water into sump pump pit to test it and assessed our ground water runoff and drainage outside as well. Luckily there was no problem, and the call was complimentary. The crew was polite, punctual, and very friendly to us and our dog.

Exceeded expectations as quality and efficiency of repair were both top notch. Will now use The Eco Plumbers for all future plumbing issues which may arise.

The work went very well. Two technicians came and they got the job done in less than a hour. Unclogging the kitchen sink required clearing the drain. Anticipating they'd need to clear the drain, I emptied out the cabinet underneath the sink. However, the work was done through an outside drainpipe that connects to the septic system. There were several options & corresponding costs for the service -- [if I'm understanding correctly] the essence of which would be clearing the drain with progressively tool[s] and a warranty-- the most expensive option was $400+. I didn't opt for the more expensive service. The option I selected was a regular drain clearing, which includes a camera scoping of the drain pipe once the line is cleared, which I've scheduled for another day. I had a smaller problem with a bathroom sink. The stopper was not allowing the water to drain at a regular pace. At no extra cost, the tech tweaked/ adjusted the stopper height and now the sink drains fine.

I am very happy with the job that the Eco Plumbers did. I had to have a new water line installed, and initially I was expecting a lot of digging. However, they were able to do the job with no excavation in the yard, the water line was connected in about 4 hours, and I now have better water pressure than ever.

They arrived on time as we were told, completed the job (install a new gas line for a range) with no issues. Kevin was very friendly and walked us through what he did. Great job!!!!

The plumbers were very courteous and kept us well informed on what they were fixing.

Everything was explained to me and I understood what needed done. Initially I refused buying a new disposal but it was shown that it was leaking and likely rusted inside. Overflowing water was extracted and pipe cleaned and fixed. Also helped me replace my under sink water filter, and gave me half a gallon of eco drain de-clogger solution for free.

Nic arrived promptly and after looking at the drain said that he could snake the drain for $503 (not a typo). I decided not to move forward because of the cost but certainly appreciated his service.
