They are wonderful. They are very friendly, respectful and very maticulous. The quality of work has just been amazing. They not only repaired problems but also took steps to prevent problems from happening again. They really listen to what you want and follow through with exactly what you want.

I have been completely satisfied even though it was more work than I had expected it to be. They were going to tear the siding off and wrap the chimney but they ended up having to take all the siding off the chimney and put new wood on. The chimney cap didn’t need to be replaced, but they ended up wrapping the chimney for me in plastic so that it would become watertight. They sealed everything up for me, repainted everything and replaced any moldy wood. They even went around and checked the beams and replaced one board that was dry-rotting. They did all the work in about 2 days and it took about a week to come back and finish the painting part, because it was raining. I would have liked them to have been cheaper but having gotten quotes from 3 other providers where some of them said that they could do it for $400 - but that was before the actual extent of the work was known - and others who were trying to get me to replace the whole chimney, I chose BIC. Their original quote was about $1200 before they found out that all the wood underneath the siding needed to be replaced. It ended up being a two-day job rather than a one-day job.

Cam made arrangements to come by late one afternoon. He arrived on time and completed the work that afternoon. I have had no problems with the work he completed and was completely satisfied.
