Description of Work: Sent me a bottle of the Odorxit pet odor remover. Received it and if it worked half as well as they said it would be worth the $50. It did help a little bit but it has to be put down over and over again. I would say it reduced the odor by 15 - 20% and that is not enough to the cost. Never went back to the company to discuss a refund.

Description of Work: I actually purchased 2 64 oz bottles of the Magic and a 16 oz bottle of Odor Xit. I am desperate to take care of cat urine odor from my cat who recently had bladder stones. I have ran the gamut of products. I really like the Magic spray for temporary odor control. And the odor Xit helps a lot... however, my battle is still raging. I have followed the directions to a tee, but my cat keeps returning. I am dissatisfied with the cost though... I will keep using until my supply is gone, but will likely not repurchase unless the price comes down.
