Unbelievable!!! This is amazing stuff!!!! All you have to do is use their OdorWizard to get detailed instructions on how to permanently eliminate your specific odor problem. The key is to follow the instructions EXACTLY!! I decided to try this product because it is all natural and safe for animals & humans(especially ones sensitive to harsh chemicals), to my surprise it worked better than I thought it would. I did have to treat some areas more than once, but no odor has returned and it has been almost a year since I eliminated the cat urine odor on my wood sub floor. I have 3 cats & 2 dogs who only have accidents on the carpet.....the tile floor stays totally clean(wish it was the other way around). I now use OdorXit to eliminate new odors caused by pet messes. An added bonus is that OdorXit actually lifts the stains as well!!!! It is not sold as a stain remover and the company makes no claims in this area. I'm just letting you know that it has an added benefit. It may seem expensive, but my original 16oz bottle still has about 4oz left in it and I purchased it almost a year ago.....and I use the stuff all the time. This is one of those rare finds that sounds too good to be true, but really is!!!! I have no relation to the company but am now a customer for life!!!

I didn't think it worked very well. I thought the price was way too high. I didn't call and complain or anything I just figured it was a bad deal so I will never buy it again. It was a little bit late but it was okay. I didn't really communicate with them.

I got it on my door a couple of weeks later. This stuff totally rocks! I have a kitty with a pee problem. Before I would have to run my blankets on hot in the washer due to trying to rid the smell and basically tearing the blankets up with the hot water. I wish I had this stuff before. It is wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone with an animal at their house!!!!

Worked great on hardwood floors. No more smell.

It took the leather couch that was soaked with cat pee and took it from being terrible smelling and made it smell not so bad until you got up close. I'm 100% convinced that if I could get the product to seep into the couch cushions more that it would work. It did 90% of the job and the only reason that it can't get it all is because of user error.

Cat urine odor was successfully removed from basement concrete floor after years of attempts with other products. Followed a process that involved cleaning with a TSP-like product first, vacuuming it up, and then applying OdorXit and letting sit. Took star off price because the shipping cost seemed pricey for a tiny bottle. But the bottle itself is a concentrate so it goes pretty far.

We eventually decided we needed to remove and replace all the insulation in the attic. While we did this we decided to replace our Heating and Air Conditioner and used Clarke and Rush, which were excellent. After all the work was completed, the smell lingered a few more weeks until the decayed body gave up it's last odor.

I have an older cat who has been urinating outside of the litter box for quite some time now. I have used every product I could find to combat the problem, plus several home remedies. Absolutely nothing worked long-term. Until OdorXit. The information that comes with the kit explains exactly what you need to do, in honest and frank terms. I realized that if I could get the product on every spot that had been affected, it would eliminate the odor. But unfortunately, as with wall-to-wall carpeting, that is not possible. However, with the approval of my landlady, I pulled up and cut those portions closest to the wall (the tacking strips were saturated), then soaked the rest with OdorXit (I replaced the flooring with laminate planks; actually looks pretty cool). I couldn't be happier! OdorXit will eliminate the urine odor from any surface that it reaches. If you can't get to the tacking strips and carpet pads, you will still have an issue. The smell of OdorXit is unusual, but not unpleasant. The product, while a bit expensive, does go a long way. If you have pet odor issues, you should be very satisfied with this product. It also helps with the smell of garbage, etc. LOVE IT!!!

We have used OdorXit for rehabbing and personal use for the past 8 years. I finally needed to reorder and I had a concern with the application of a promo code during the checkout process. Not only were all of my concerns immediately resolved when I called on a Sunday afternoon, but Marty Meyer, the VP of OdorXit, personally provided tips and tricks for several issues! I hope he posts videos of his ideas as I am certain to try to do what he has suggested. I am truly grateful for his time and suggestions. I like these products. I first purchased Odorxit 15 years ago. This year I had to deal with mildew odor. I used the 24 hour method. It worked to my satisfaction.

It's well worth it. There was nothing that worked until we got their product and they're a lifesaver.

They were friendly, fast and it went pretty well. Their price is affordable.

OdorXit completely saved the rug. It worked just as promised. The rug is a centerpiece in my front hall and has not one whiff of stench about it. Two notes: the product itself has a distinctive odor if its own, quite strong at first but not offensive. And it dissipates in a few weeks. I was happy to smell OdorXit for a little while as it saved my carpet. Today there is absolutely no smell of any kind and the rug is fantastic. Second: I called around to various local "professional" rug cleaning businesses and every one said, There is no way to remove cat urine from carpets. I even sent it out to one just to try; $120 later there wasn't any improvement. Later, I told this company about OdorXit & they said they'd be interested in learning about it. I'm embarrassed to say I haven't followed up yet...but I will (especially after writing this!). The product works via a chemical reaction that completely neutralizes the uric acid and salts. Finally, I want to state that I am not one to jump on bandwagons and 'swear by' products. To be honest, by reading & researching suggested treatments (all quite unsuccessful) for removing cat urine, I had almost no hope that OdorXit would do much, if anything. But the results were so spectacular that I want to shout it from the rooftops. I have told everyone I know and have given bottles of OdorXit to several pet-owning friends. It works!!

My dog was sprayed by a skunk a couple of weeks ago. After trying all of the home remedies with NO success -- including tomato juice, vinegar and this mixture of baking soda/peroxide/liquid soap everybody talks about on the net -- Odorxit concentrate removed about 95% the skunk spray from my dog in just one application. I still get a twinge of the skunk every once in awhile, but I will use the product one more time and that should be it. I purchased the product online -- a 16oz bottle for about $60 (including shipping). Seems expensive, but you only need one ounce per application, and living in the country, I'll probably need it again. The shipment came late, but when I inquired about it with the company, they responded within 36 hours and told me they had a computer glitch...and promptly refunded the 2-day shipping cost.

OdorXit worked very very well for our dog urine smell. We treated the subfloor before installing hardwood. Not a trace of smell existed after we applied it. Very happy.

Marty answered the phone on the weekend! Marty was so helpful. He listened to my situation, and suggested the best ways to use OdorXit to remove the cat urine smell from the house. He told me which product to try first, which other product(s) (not sold by him) that would also help, and his faith in his product gave me hope that my home could be restored! I could not wait until Monday to buy the product locally - first time I was ever eager to clean the cat smells! Deb also answered my email on Monday, and had a few helpful ideas, too! I had already started using the product and was seeing/smelling improvement. Marty then called a week later to check on my progress and answer any more questions. We own some single family houses that we rent as an investment. The first house is a nice 1 ½ story with a full basement. The tenant that had just moved out did OK with up keep but she did have several cats which she kept in the basement. Well, long story short, after several tries no one could get that smell out of the basement. I purchased the OdorXit, mixed it in a garden spray and sprayed the entire basement including the floor joists. In a couple of day, you would never know there was a cat near the house. We were able to rent the property for top dollar and for that we are ever grateful. Our second property is a single story with a full basement and the basement leaked. Naturally, the first thing to do is solve the water problem. Now, we had to remove dry wall and some insulation but the framing was still covered with MOLD and even more problems could be lingering. After consulting with Marty, I used the OdorXit mixture on the frame work and walls and then used the CLO2 bags to DESTROY the hidden and hard to get to MOLD. I was so happy, a great deal of the frame work that I thought I would have to replace was OK. That saved us time, materials, man power and allowed the repairs to finish early so we could rent the house sooner. I purchased a bottle of Odor Xit because I have a client who has a car that really smells bad. After I sprayed the car the smell went away. There was no lingering smell in the car so it was safe to drive immediately. The bottle I purchased was condensed so I can make multiple bottles for my clients who have pets or other things that have smells to get rid of. This is great for Realtors to keep on hand! I give this 2 thumbs up!

I was having a problem with a leaking basement mixing with cat litter, the smell was awful! I followed Odor X-its instructions on using the product and my house doesn't smell like a litter box anymore.

This is an AMAZING PRODUCT!! We have a rental unit that we rent out in the winter and live in during the summer....it's a beach property. . People who say they are clean, aren't. People who say they don't smoke, do. People who say their pets are house trained...and they aren't. We have walked in to horrible messes. We go in with a sprayer full of Odorxit and within a couple of applications, the place smells fresh as a daisy!! I can't imagine what we would do without ODORXIT!!

This product is a must for any pet owner. It neutralizes all odors. A 16oz bottle makes 4 gallons which comes out to a little over $10/gal. It less expensive than most other pet products - and it works!

I was first introduced to OdorXit CLO2 a few years ago when it was recommended to me by a professional in home restoration who used the product and raved on it. It sounded too good to be true but I became a believer. We first used the product after a sump pump failure allowed some water in our basement and left a smell behind. I am allergic to mold and mildew and I could not take any chances. I used a couple of 10 gram packets of slow release OdorXit CLO2 and within no time, all smells were gone from the entire basement. The basement smelled delightfully clean. There was no musty odor anywhere. But that's not all. My husband's hockey equipment, which was hanging down there on a rack, was completely free of odor also!
