After a devastating overnight flood in my nearly finished basement, I consulted Angie's List and began to make calls. One of the companies I contacted (Cameron's) was no longer in business, having sold his equipment to a start up business. A short time later, I was surprised to get a call from Tommy Hay, who explained that after many years with Servicemaster, he decided to start his own business and had purchased Cameron's equipment and would like to come to my home that evening. He spent an hour with me explaining his credentials and exactly how he'd tackle the job. He showed up first thing the next morning, and did a superior job every step of the way. This complex job involved the removal of lots of water, carpeting, carpet pad, drywall repair, etc. I was VERY impressed with this young entrepreneur, and I do believe my basement may be in even better shape now than it was before the flood.
