Nick responded more quickly than I have ever seen. The garage door opener was installed efficiently on a Morning that was below 10F. I call that customer service. I highly recommend Nick for any and all services required.

I price shopped several companies to replace a broken torsion spring. Innovative had the best price and the HomeAdvisor reviews were excellent, so I decided to go with Innovative. Nick was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He replaced the parts quickly, serviced my garage door, adjusted the open/close force, and tested the safety features. He also happily answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with the service Nick provided and I would happily recommend his company to family and friends!

Nick was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond to be helpful. He cleaned up, replaced the opener light bulb and reset our key pad which we had not been able to use for several years. Highly recommend!

Nick was timely, very professional and he fixed the problem quickly.

The spring on my garage door broke, and we could not open our door. Nick came out and fixed it within 1 hour. He was professional and had a good safe work ethic. Since I'm an arm chair supervisor, he had to ask me to step away several times for safety reasons. He got the work done without all my help!!!!
