My coil broke and there were able to schedule by the next morning. They came and replaced the coil within the two hour window they provided. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The techs were very friendly. I would would use their service again.

Guy know what to do instead guessing but he outstanding show me reason as explained which he show respect and cares.

The young man was very knowledgeable about what repairs needed done on my door. This was a job that you had to mess with both springs on the door, something I will not touch! The broken cable needed fixed and I just had him do both since they were 31 years old. He fixed-replaced the rollers and oiled everything. Things are working good as new! He gave me what I thought was very reasonable quotes on two new overhead doors which we need since our doors are rotting out from age and lack of maintenance. The most important thing is I feel I can trust him to do the door replacements, if my husband lets me get them done. I cannot say that I trust most contractors to do the job right that you hire them for, so I tend to do a lot of things myself!

Innovative Door was the only company that gave me a quote in writing, with all the extras I needed to have done and did what he said he would do. The other two companies apparently couldn't be bothered with it, not to mention getting the appointment times right.

The spring to our garage door broke last night, and my husband couldn't get his car out due to the door not opening. This morning I did a Google search and called the first garage repair service I found because I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find same day service. The company was Yes Garage Door Service of Columbus; I quickly learned that I made a mistake calling them. One of their technicians came over and quoted me $500 to fix a spring. He was a super pushy salesman and said their products were better. Luckily, I searched Angie's List/Home Advisor later this morning and came across Innovative Door Systems. Nick emailed me in minutes and said he could come over same day. Nick reassured me that the $500 quote was bogus and I was confident to tell the other company no. When Nick arrived he was courteous, professional, and completed the work quickly. He offered suggestions for other things I could replace (the button to our garage door has a mind of it's own and doesn't always work) but said I could replace it at my leisure. I would definitely recommend Innovative Door Systems and will call them if I ever need repairs again. Save yourself the trouble and don't call the other guys.

Nick's service is simply stellar ! My garage door has never worked better ! Great communication and fast action ! One of my door issues was that it would never close all the way with the top panel not nesting completely vertical when closed. The result was a gap at the top of the door that was anything but weathertight. I had utilized another company several years ago for spring replacement but they just shrugged their shoulders as to how to get the gap at the top to close against the weatherseal. Nick noticed the gap during my other repairs and in a matter of 10 -15 minutes through adjustments and alignment had it working as it should. Door closes all the way at the top now! I was thinking that I would replace all the rollers due to age and noises that reverberated through the door panels when moving. Nick examined them and it was his opinion that they were still in good serviceable condition and that some strategic application of lubricant would resolve the problem of noise and restore smooth service from the rollers. He lubed them up and sure enough, they were soon functioning like new. He could have just told me they must be replaced to make more money, but he didn't. Now that's honesty and trustworthiness on a grand scale ! Nick proceeded to successfully repair several other problems with the safety sensors and door opener light. I am SO skeptical about companies out there for home repairs that are out of my league, but the courteous, prompt and professional service AND dollar value I received from Innovative Door Systems puts them on top of my list of honest and knowledgeable companies that I can be comfortable with knowing I will get a great job done at a fair price. I highly recommend Innovative Door Systems !

This company is fantastic! They came out the same day that I called and was totally professional. They were able to get the door functioning again and could even recommend another arm of their business to get the opener re-wired according to code. If you need a top rated professional for our garage door needs, this the best there is! I have placed them on speed dial in the event I need them again!! Thanks for making a stressful problem go away so effortlessly!!

The installation was fast and on time

Nick was very responsive to calls. He didn't have the proper springs for my garage door with him. He drove to his suppliers warehouse and returned within the hour to complete the job. He checked and adjusted the up and down force of my garage door opener and checked the electric eye alignment without being asked and at no extra cost.
