Great! Small leak was detected and fixed.

Very quickly. He came around 10 am and had completed the work by 12:30. About 2 1/2 hours. Phil pressure tested both lines , all was and still is good. He has offered to come back at no charge if for some reason the appliance guy can't hook up my new dryer.. The cost was online with other bids. Am truly pleased.

Work was thorough and efficient. He worked around my schedule without complaint. Very well done.

Not only was he less than half the price of the other professionals that I received estimates from, but he was clean, respectful and was flexible to changes while the install was taking place. He was very thorough, and didn’t charge for services like pressure testing when it’s expected that those tests must take place. Phil was very professional and kind. He had the new gas line run in a couple of hours and worked in the attic in 90degree heat! He is a very honest person and got the job done! I would definitely hire him again for any gas work that I would need.

i'm so happy i found this company on angle's list. our gas was shut off at 11:30 pm by the gas company due to a leak. i found this company and saw the hours listed an opening time at 7:00 am, i called at 7:00 am and the phone was answered! phil ( owner) was very accommodating and had an opening in the evening but we had plans, so he came the next day.very professional and even followed up once the gas was turned on by the gas company. he by far has the best customer service i have ever experienced by any contractor!

We had several estimates and Columbus gas pro the most reasonable. Phil the owner was very personable and I could tell he knew his stuff. From start to finsh he kept us in the loop and involved us with any descion that needed to be made. I only wish he did more than gas work. He was great!

Phil was awesome! He found and repaired a leak two other plumbers missed. Our gas was back on by the time he left. He responded quickly to our request, arrived on time, and stayed until the work was finished--even though the repair required cutting through the wall and ceiling to find the leak. He answered our questions and kept us informed as to what the next step would be to find the leak. Highly recommend.

Phil was wonderful. He offered to do the work he was giving an estimate right away since he knew we were looking for a quick turn around. He also noticed that our hot water tank gas line was not done correctly and he fixed it for not charge. Phil came out on a Sunday morning to repair a leaking gas line in my basement. After taking a look he quoted a very reasonable price and went to work fixing the leak (threaded pipe connection). I found Phil to be courteous, thorough, and professional. He remove his shoes when entering the house and took care not to damage plants/landscaping when working on the outside of the house. He will be the first person I call if I ever need gas line repairs in the future.

We needed someone to come out on a weekend, several companies said they would come and did not show. We contacted Columbus Gas Pro and Phil was able to come out same day, was very thorough in communication with us, very helpful and friendly and got the job completed same day. He even stayed an extra 20 minutes after his part was complete to talk to the technician from Columbia Gas who was arriving a little bit later. Would highly recommend!

It went exceptionally well. He quickly found the leaks and replaced three pipes. The gas company inspected and turned my gas back on the same day. Phil is incredibly personable and professional. He spent a lot of time explaining what he would be doing, how the gas company would follow up, and cheerfully answered all questions my wife and I asked him. afterward I felt guilty paying him the more than reasonable amount he requested for his services. It was a very positive experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Phil. I emailed him at 9 o’clock at night and he responded immediately. He was out when he said he be in the work was done performed beautifully.
