Case is a franchise operation, capable of most home projects. They have a full time office staff and are very professionally run. The bathroom modification was unusual because it is rare. Initially, they brought in several experienced people, including the man doing the work, to insure the job was totally understood and the implementation was decided upon. Mr. Hawthorn did all the work, and consulted with me frequently as the job proceeded. The outcome is exceptional! Jeff Hawthorn is a real perfectionist! He thought nothing of coming up with "better" ideas and incorporating them into the project. I am sure you will like this firm, and recommend them highly.

They were just really accommodating. Even though I signed a contract, when things didn't go as planned they were very flexible to change things to fit our schedule.

Working with Case was great from start to finish. Meeting with Sam Scott was a very pleasant experience, the quote for work was fair and the project was completed within 2 weeks as scheduled. Individual doing the repair was very friendly and professional. First time working with a contractor of any sort and we will use them again for other work in the house. Found out that my father has used them in Maryland (used them often and described the experience as excellent a high compliment coming from him--he's very picky) and have already referred them to a client of my own who is looking for basement work.

The work was excellent. The workers were very professional and polite. They were on time. The price estimate was very close to the actual final cost of the project. I was 100% satisfied.

They came out to do the estimate and talked to me to make sure they knew what I wanted. They were able to come out the next week which they did. They were able to complete the work in a little less time than the estimate and therefore my bill was below the estimate! I had called 3 other places. One did not even return my call. One came out but never got back to me with the estimate and when the 3rd finally called back with their estimate they wanted more than 2 times as much money as Case and the work was already done!

The service man was great. Very professional.

Case came out, understanding that the flat minimum fee was $175 for two hours work. The gutters on my home were starting to fall off and some of the attachments had come loose. Case reattached the gutters to my home and fortified them there so they look like new. Great job. Didn't spend the entire two hours, but the job was done.

CASE came and estimated the job in a timely fashion. I have had a difficult time just getting someone to come out to get an estimate but CASE came when they said they would. They also were able to come earlier than the original date scheduled. Jeff arrived 15 minutes early and worked the entire time. There is a 2 hour minimum and he did not "stretch" out the time but repaired everything in an efficient manner. He was polite and professional even suggesting ways that I could do some things on my own without calling someone. He never tried to suggest that I needed more work done than was necessary. I highly respect his honesty and integrity.

They also did a granite countertop for us. They handled the ordering and delivery on both projects. They did general handyman work around our house as well. It was a pleasure working with all of them, and they had a variety of skills: carpentry, woodworking, flooring, etc.

He did an okay job, not super on drywall. He did a good job on the ceiling fan. Very good about calling if he was going to be late. He cleaned up pretty well except for the front porch where there was some drywall had been splattered. He was honest in telling me that one of the drywall patches on the ceiling should not be done which I appreciated. I felt he went above and beyond what was expected.

Jeff did a good job for us. He was on time and called when he was stuck in morning rush hour traffic. He worked quickly, finishing the job in less time than originally estimated. With our Angie's List discount, I was pleased that this job came in under $500.

No news is good news, right? Good work, good price, everything done on-time, no mess left behind, and a couple of good suggestions from Case that made things look better.

Attention to details was excellent. The quality of the work was above all expectations.

Case did a great job. Ill be frank that they werent the cheapest bid we got (on the other hand, they were significantly lower than the highest bid). They gave us a greater level of confidence that this job wasnt going to be a problem for us down the road. We didnt have confidence that there wouldnt be problems at some point with the lowest bidders work. The guys were very polite, professional, and patient.

I believe this was Cases first experience with bamboo which Ive heard is a little bit different to work with compared to traditional hardwood. Even if you dont take this into account, they did a very good job. Cases promptness and timeliness were appreciated. Our house is always chaotic so we didnt need the hassle of missed commitments and schedules.

This was not a good experience. I thought it was very expensive it was over 21000$ and we had to get them to come out and do unfinished work. We still have unpainted trim. We still have problems with a leak. They went way over budget time wise. They didnt get done until the first of june when we were told it would be may. drywall workmanship wasn't level. wall bulges.

Randy and the electricians were always on time each day and worked around our busy schedule. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Tom Scherer (owner) was not satisfied with the work until it was practically perfect and knew we were happy. As one of thier first customers, we took a chance with this newer franchise of Case Handyman & Remodeling but highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

We were very happy with our overall experience. Jeff was on time everyday and very profesional in his appearence and demeanor. He kept his work area very clean and never left a mess when he went home for the night. Jeff completed his work on time, and the final bill was consistent with the estimate given.

This company has a $25 dollar off coupon available through the mail, so my cost was only $150. They were very through and professional. Even though they sell repair in 2-hour blocks, they had to come back to finish a job and did not charge extra. Everything was superfly fixed but the squeaky floors. They admitted up front it is hit and miss with those repairs. Sometimes they cant find and fix them. They even left some of the stain used on the base boards and banister for other scratches on doors and matching woodwork in the house. I was very pleased and would unquestionably use them again for repairs and refer them to friends. I was so impressed I passed on the Case name to the Realtor who is selling my house. Case is bonded and insured and want to be sure you are satisfied. They followed up the work with a thank you note in the mail for my business, and asked me to complete a survey on satisfaction. If you want it done right, call Case!

IT WAS ALL CUSTOM WORK, SO IT WAS A LITTLE ON THE PRICEY SIDE. THEY DO VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK, A GRANITE COUNTER, CUSTOM MADE CABINETS, AND OTHER FINE PRODUCT. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND MAKE SURE IT GETS DONE RIGHT.
