Description of Work: We had ARI do a 'mother-in-law' suite for us in our basement. The price was agreed upon up front and ended up being on target, no hidden costs. They were very professional, cleaned up after each day, very polite and friendly. Renovation (refinished basement with bathroom/shower) took about 4 months (Nov-Feb). I would definitely recommend them.

+ 1 moreThis is the first project we have done that we have no regrets with. Advanced Renovations was able to get started quickly on the job. They staffed it consistently and moved rapidly through the project. The workers were excellent. They were craftsmen who took pride in what they did and they were great to work with. They had great ideas and they did not hesitate to change anything that did not please us completely. They were amazingly neat and clean. They had a lock box on the front door and came and went as they needed without anyone home. This freedom for workers is not something we would normally do, but we have never had workers as trustworthy as these. There were subs used for certain trades. These subs were well managed and also performed to the same high level. The project proceeded quickly and did not get stalled waiting for someone to get their work done so the next trade could start. The job was well orchestrated and completed faster than anyone else we spoke to thought they could do. I would use them again for anything and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Complete remodeling of an unfinished basement. Dave worked with us through the design and had many good ideas. We built out a large family room / media room, a game room, powder room and some storage areas. We took competitive bids from 2 other basement remodelers and Dave's price was fair. His commitment to service made us feel the most comfortable. We checked references and looked at work he had done and gave him the job.

+ 2 moreDave Leskowyak is a great guy. He's very reasonable. Everything was fine. They came when they said they would. They hauled away the old stuff. We did have a small problem with the grout, and it took a while to resolve. He (Dave) kept coming out to make sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. He's responsive to fixing problems.
Description of Work: Remodeled bathtub (installed new tile and grout, and took care of removal of old items, while fixing a leak).

+ 0 moreDavid's team did a very good job. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do and did it on time. He was willing to work with me to cut costs and allowed us to do the painting. I had no problems and would highly recommend David and his team.
Description of Work: David and his team finished our basement. It was roughly 690 square feet. I had them put up the walls and do all the drywalling. I did the painting to cut down on costs. They also installed the carpet.
