We reached out to many construction companies and ultimately decided on Ohio Exteriors. The room that we requested was challenging and we knew that from the start. They said they were up for the job. They quickly came up with a plan for a 3 season sunroom with a hot tub room attached. The team was efficient and tidy. All members of the staff from the office to the builders were friendly and accommodating. Commincation was easy and they were very responsive.

Roofers showed up ON TIME and got started before 7am, then several worked until dark. Back at it the next day and finished by dinner time. Roof and skylights look awesome; the cleanup was top notch. Loved having such quality work completed in a short time. Can’t wait for the siding project!!!

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Bill was great to work with in the design process and met with us multiple times to ensure our vision became reality. Todd and Janice in the office maintained communication throughout the process, explained any delays, and worked through change orders. Dereck and the rest of the crew were great. They kept a clean job site and worked through fall/winter conditions to complete the work to our expectations. I can’t say enough about how much care they put into this project. Subcontractor management was good. James, the owner, was easy to work with and addressed all of our concerns. We are excited to put our new porch to use this summer, and would certainly recommend Ohio Exteriors to anyone.

We had board and batten siding done. Our house looks amazing. It was reasonable in price. They were very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the way our house looked when finished.

The job was performed in a timely manner. To have the whole home (One story ranch) have it’s siding and gutters replaced took about three and a half days. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. The new siding looks amazing and is what was expected based off of the initial model rendering.

We had hired Ohio Exteriors years ago when we needed siding replaced, so we called them again when we decided to replace our patio with a 4-season room. They did a wonderful job and we really love how it turned out. It took a while to get started due to all the supply chain issues in the world, but once they broke ground it went quickly. Everyone we worked with was incredibly responsive and great at answering our questions and working through any issue that came up (which were incredibly minimal). Their supplier didn't have the LVT floor style we were looking for so we sourced that separately, but they were really flexible and easy to work with as we coordinated both projects. The mini-split keeps the room at a lovely temperature even when it was -25 wind chills. Overall we love the room!

They were friendly and explained the process thoroughly. The work was excellent! They replaced all of the shingles, installed new vents, and even repaired some structural damage. the work was completed and the site cleaned up in less than a day.

He has excellent listening skills, pays attention to customers, provides honest information and feedback about customer concerns, and does not upsell. He and every member of his staff with whom I worked are superb at follow up with customers about their questions as the job moves forward. Every email, phone message, and text I sent to the Ohio Exteriors team received a prompt and helpful reply. I simply cannot stress enough the excellence of this company at prompt, helpful, polite communication with customers. The work the team did on my home is beautiful. The team doing the work was punctual and completed the job on time. One of the unique things about this company among others who do residing of home exteriors is that they bring out an absolutely gigantic work crew, about forty people, which means even a job this large was completed in two days! I had gotten estimates from other companies for the same job, for whom completing the project was going to take weeks. After the work was done, James Green also came back out to my home to walk through the whole job with me and make sure everything was up to quality standards for Ohio Exteriors, which it was. I was so pleased with the excellence of the customer communication and the quality of work that I have already hired them for a different job, this time residing my garage, this time with vinyl siding. OH Ext. was a great company to work with. They were responsive to all of our communications and project requirements. The materials are high quality and the installation craftsmanship was excellent.

We are very pleased with the work that was done and love our new siding. Bruce was our salesman and was very attentive to what we wanted. He oversaw the whole project from start to finish and made sure that any issues were addressed and taken care of. He did a great job for us. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. When the project was done they left our property vey clean. I would definitely recommend Ohio Exteriors to anyone.
