Description of Work: Leland Yoder, the owner, was here a week earlier to replace the rollers in my garage door. This was an "Angie's Special" for $89.00. The job was difficult, taking two hours, but done very well. My garage door is 40 years old and weighs about 500 lbs. The new rollers made opening/closing significantly quieter. I was impressed and asked Leland to quote the job of installing a sealing strip and replacing two aging pulleys. His quote was $275 which I accepted. That job was completed on 7/9 in about 1.5 hours. My garage door is now much quieter and should be much warmer this winter.

Excellent service and communication leading up to the appointment and after with his suggestions and explanation of what was done. Great value - would highly recommend.

Description of Work: He did a check and lub of the garage door. I asked him about resetting my code for the button box, and he did it for me. No complaints. Prompt and the door is quieter now too.

Told me he did not know how long it would last (I did not expect him to know that) he said if I wanted him to put in a whole new garage opener it would cost around $600.00. I thought the figure ridiculous. He really pushed a new one. I told him I was not interested.

I was wondering whether they really needed to be replaced or not. But when he was done the new rollers made a big difference in the operation of the door. I would recommend LG Exteriors to other members.

Description of Work: Had purchased a new home. We had not even moved in , and we could not get the garage door opener to function properly. I contacted Leland and explained the situation. We were unable to get door on track or secure the door for the night- and we had things in the garage. He was going to come out within the next 3 hours to assess situation and help us get the door down and secure. We eventually got the door back on track and down. We called Leland and explained we got it down and had to go through the home warranty process, but assured him we would use him if he is in their data are. Since we have a home warranty, we are contacting them to have them perform the work. We hope LG doors is in their data base!! Leland is always professional, courteous and prompt to respond to a situation....have used him in the past.

Description of Work: He did a complete check-up of the garage door, track wheels, door lift motor and screw drive system. Replaced needed wheels, and lubricated and cleaned motor drive system. Tried system out several times to ensure everything was in proper working order, and left instructions to call him immediately if anything went wrong.

Description of Work: Lg exteriors installed a jack shaft garage door opener , I did not know much about these openers and a normal opener would not work with my ceiling height clearance , they installed and tested opener and has been working great since installed.thanks lg exteriors
