Description of Work: Had a garage door tune-up. Actually had this scheduled for a week earlier but they had to reschedule due to vehicle issues. He called ahead of time to notify me of his approximate arrival time. He explained what he was going to do and offered services not included in special but easily accepting of my decline for any extra's. Happy to say he estimated up to 45 min to complete and only took 25 min.
