Description of Work: Ladies were on time, very nice. Understood and appreciated customer requests. Seemed rushed. Bathroom mirrors not done. Glass shower doors left with cleaner on them. Wood floors left without completely dry dusting Bona product, leaving streaks. One toilet seemed not clean with hair and water splashing. Bathroom accessories not dusted. Appears toilet seat finish is ruined because of cleaner used. Owner of company reimbursed $20. Not what I expected.

After further review we are taking your comment with the consideration and fact that you were present and instructing the cleaning crew during the service. In addition, Matt offered to come over to inspect the house cleaning and the toilet, for we do not use any products that would stain or take a finish off, but you declined. Description of Work: I had several problems with Matt Baron's Maid Service over the two years they cleaned my home. The people who cleaned my home did the following: left my house unlocked, left my gas stove burner on, left lights on, smoked in my house, bleached the paint on the walls near my toilet while spraying the surface, dripped bleach on my carpet, did not plug lamps back in after vacuuming, watched my television (i know this because I don't watch CMT), did not stay for the full 1.5 hours (I know this because my neighbor watched), and left my refrigerator open. I would not recommend using this service because of the hand-wringing customer service offered by Matt Baron. When I called to raise any of these issues, Matt told me that he was sorry and that he would look into it. He offered to knock off the tax ($5) from my next bill after the stover burner incident. Save yourself some trouble. There are better, more responsible services on Angie's List. I would not hire Matt Baron's Maid Service again.

I apologize again for your concerning issues but that really all just doesn't sound right. #1 I do not use bleach in any houses nor even buy bleach products! Just to avoid that issue. #2 Never had a complaint nor would the girls attempt to smoke in a house! #3 They are on a time limit schedule, I highly doubt they would be watching TV. #4 To be careless and accutually turn a burner on and left a gas burner on? I'm sorry you feel this way but I never had complaints like this. Sincerely
