Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I had to cancel our first appointment but they willingly rescheduled. One man arrived on time and was able to bring a very large vacuum into my home. He was there less than two hours and did a complete job. The ducts had not be cleaned in decades. I was happy with his efforts.

The whole experience with the Lowe's Duct Cleaning Service went extremely well from beginning to end. The technician called 30 minutes prior to show time, as promised. He arrived 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the 1 - 3 PM expected timeframe for the call! The Tech, Bruno, was exemplary regarding his professionalism and customer service approach throughout the visit. He was extremely careful bringing the equipment into the house and its handling during the cleaning process! Bruno was an excellent representative of his company and Lowe's should know that he is a superlative employee! Everything was cleaned in an excellent and thorough manner, as witnessed by how all was spotless at the conclusion of the call!

The service provider, Joe, called before coming and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He called when he arrived. We surveyed the house to identify all air returns, vents and the furnace. He mapped out how he was going to do everything and went about his business of doing a wonderful job. He was extremely professional and I would definitely use this service again.

The technician called me that day and gave me the option of being serviced earlier than schedule, which I appreciated. He was extremely courteous and respectful. The only recommendation I would have to make the experience better was a more detailed explanation of the state of my air ducts at the time of cleaning. He did discuss with me future servicing recommendations, which I really appreciated.

Use an Angie's List Deal to get whole-house air duct cleaning. In addition to doing a good job with the whole house air duct cleaning, we had a bad smell in one vent in one room. The technician did a very thorough job to identify and clean out the debris in that vent. Very kind and thoughtful technician.

They were late showing up. Then the guy moved very slowly especially when I explained I only had a two hour window for him to get in and out. The house isn't that big. Just not impressed with this company or service. I will not nor recommend them for any future work. So sad.

It went very well. The man they sent, Joe, was punctual, efficient, polite, and cleaned whatever little mess he made. He also helped me clean my bathroom fans at no additional cost. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We did have scheduling problems given it rained on my first scheduled day . Rescheduling was difficult because I was leaving town and it would need to be done by the first of Nove. The guy that came was nice and courteous. It turned out that I thought the additional 100 dollars I paid for "dryer vent cleaning" ; I thought was the evaporator in the AC system . Anyway the technician told me to request a refund and reschedule because he did not have the equipment he needed. I will try again when I return from the Philippines in March .

Great purchase! The appointment was easy to schedule; they came out the same week. Lowe's serviceman was on time and very professional. We went through the house together so that I could show him where all my vents were. I was concerned about one particular vent that was clogged with a lot of debris and he assured me he would get everything. He finished up the job in under two hours and now my family is breathing fresh air. Lowe's will get my business for every yearly duct cleaning.

Michael was most professional and provided all the details we needed to know. He went about his work efficiently and without disrupting anything else that was going on in the house. Finished withi the time frame stated and completely cleaned up after the work was done.

The young man who did the work was extremely polite and professional. He worked hard for four hours. He did not create a mess, did not move things without putting them back exactly as they had been, and was very quiet -- I had no problem working in the house during the entire time. Overall an exceptionally good experience.

The man showed up and let us know that he could only clean out one system's worth of return ducts and vents. We have another unit in our attic that would have cost an additional $175 to do so we opted to have the system cleaned out that cools and heats our main living spaces (where construction work had recently been done). The cleaning took less than two hours. The technician got in, got to work, and left just as promptly. If you ask me, this is the type of servicemen you want in your home. Quick, efficient and PAINLESS!
