Everything went fine! The technician was very good as he diagnosed a different problem with the dryer while he was here.

The technician showed on time, worked efficiently, and seems to have done a good job without leaving a mess. He didn't try to upsell either, and he followed up with me shortly after I purchased the deal which I appreciated.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went well. We were happy with the service. They showed upfront and everything turned out good. They came out a couple of weeks after I made the purchase. I did not pay anything extra. They were good. They were not screw-up guys. The pricing is good. They were punctual.

They did good. I had them clean the dryer duct. I didn't have any problem with them. I didn't have any complaints. They go into your returns and registers and they suck out everything that is in there I guess something like where the big vacuum that is on the truck. They bring the hose to the house and they go and suck every thing out. No mess at all.

I scheduled appointment with LOWES over the phone before purchasing my coupon on Angie's List. I clearly provided them the service Address with contact #. However their technician still went to my old address(that was in Angie's profile when subscribed) and did not want to come to my service address which is only 8-9 miles away. They could not reschedule my appointment because of their availability till Apr,2015. I need the service immediately so I am working with another Angie's Service Provider to perform the work. I have heard of other companies that simply vacuum out your returns and call it a cleaning. I felt the service performed was very professional and effective. The technician was in and out in an hour, worked diligently and was very professional. I would use them again. The only issue I had was the technician was 20 minutes late, however they use an automated app to alert when they are on the way. Given it was rush hour, I guess the delay was inevitable.

Punctual service; the technican was very professional and what he told me made sense. Dryer heats to higher temperature now so clothes are drying quicker and the vent is clean.

There was black dust blow back in the room. The deal was cleaning and inspection of the chimney cap but the provider needed a second person to hold the ladder, which was too short in any case. He could not do the cap inspection from the roof. Then service tech was competent and respectful but not equipped to do what the contract required.

The service provider was excellent. I had to leave him in the unit while I went back to work. He thoroughly completed all the work and called me a few times to check in and explain what he was finding and had to do. Nothing costed more than the flat fee they charged. And he went above and beyond by cleaning out my dryer vent which wasn't part of the service and leaving his personal cell number in case I had any problems or issues. Great service, highly recommend!
