Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Arrived when scheduled was very efficient and professional.

Easy to make an appointment, showed up on time, did the expected work and didn't leave a mess.

Out of service area and I found another person to perform the service.

Not very happy about this service. The tech loosened the chimney cap on our chimney during cleaning/inspection. The chimney cap came flying off this morning and put a hole in our roof thru the shingles where it landed. Merry Christmas to us. Least to say...i'm not happy. I heard no response when I made a complaint to the company. Seems like a very careless inspection.

The technician arrived on time. He was very courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable, and efficient in getting his work done. He went to every duct in the house. He was very accommodating of our request to stay clear of particular rooms until we moved our cat. He willingly and happily answered our questions. He didn't seem rushed, but didn't seem slow. He stayed for about three hours, and worked the whole time.

They were on time and did a very good job -- no dust in my house.

All went well. The tech even gave me an appointment to return in the spring and clean my fireplace chimney and install a ultra violate light in the air ducts to keep the mold down. They were on time and very professional. They knew what they were doing and had good advice.

The workers that came out did a good job. The only fault is that they were using some equipment that was not certified. They were going to clean the air ducts and the dryer vent and they did a good job.

Very professional and prompt -- called to ask to come early!!! I graded responsiveness "B" because it took almost two weeks to get to service done -- meanwhile we had to vent the dryer into the house using pantyhose.

The provider was late for the appointment. They did call to let me know they would be late, but unfortunately I didn't get the call because my cell was dead. I had called the provider before I bought the deal to let them know I had two units and they told me both were covered under the deal. When they got there they told us the second unit would be a separate cost. They did give us a little bit of a discount, but the total cost was much more than I had expected to pay. They did do a good job, but if I had known the price for the second unit I would have shopped around a bit.

They came out to do the job. He seemed very confused about the situation. He told me he couldn't do the job, because the duct was disconnected. He recommended a specialist come out to look at it and address the issue, then to contact him to come back and perform the service. The specialist came out to take a look, and discovered no problem at all. He cleaned the duct for me while he was at it.

We purchased a Big Deal for this service. The technician called about an hour before coming to our house. He wore booties inside the house and removed them when we went out of the house to his truck--which I really appreciated since I had a 1-month old at the time. The technician was pretty efficient (it didn't take very long, maybe about 2.5 hours to 3) and let us know that we had a lot of construction debris in our vents (most likely from the renovations done to our house prior to our purchasing the house several years ago). The only 1 quibble that I have was that there was a minimal amount of debris in the basement that was left from the cleaning. We don't use the basement that often and the kids don't go down there. But he did a good job vacuuming/cleaning all the debris on the main living floors.

The service went very well. They did a great job. They were very responsive and came out a few days after I called for the service. One technician came out and completed the job in about 45 minutes to an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very clean and left no mess.
