Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

The company said I didn't need the service, so I didn't have the deal completed.

The gentleman who provided the service was very friendly and professional. He was thorough and knowledgeable and completed the service in under 2 hours. I have no complaints and would use the company again!

The technician that they sent out was great. He explained everything as he went, and cleaned up after everything. I couldn't ask for a better job.

They did a good job, however there was a sound that appeared after they left. They came back and could not fix it. I had someone else fix this for me.

We had bought a big deal, but additional work was done on the house that was very much needed--and which we didn't know was needed! Very professional, trust-worthy, skilled, showed me all the problems that needed repair, explained everything, and showed me the repairs. I am very happy I called them, and will certainly be using them again.

It went very well. The house is much more dust free now and I feel safer with a clean dryer vent. Lowe's identified a problem with the terminal of our vent and let me know I should tell the Condo Association about it in order to get it fixed (rather than trying to see me service) which was very honest. They spent a good amount of time making sure all the dust was contained. I would highly recommend them.

The service was fine as far as I could tell. It was a new home. It was new for us, but it was about five-years old. So, we did not anticipate that there was an awful lot in the vent, but we wanted to just go ahead and get them cleaned out. As far as I know, it was fine and the price was good. There were no additional charges on top of the two $175 Big Deals. My husband was there when they came out. I know that we had two units that they needed to do. So, we actually bought two of those packages. My assumption is they did a good job. They came out probably about a month later after we purchased the Big Deals. We had no issues scheduling the service. It was just because of our schedule that we had to wait until a month later in order to have it done. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They actually did pretty good with their responsiveness because we had scheduled it and we ended up having to reschedule it because of our schedule. They were there when they said they were going to be there.

He arrived exactly when he said he would, he inspected the system and then explained what he was going to do. Once he had an idea of my system and the location of all my Air Ducts he went to work. He explained as he went so I understood what he was doing. He was friendly and highly professional. Bruno was a fantastic contractor and when i get this done again will ask for him by name.

It went very well. We had them do the dryer vent and that was an extra of $75. I thought that they really knew what they were talking about. They were friendly, efficient and neat.

My husband was at home during the service. He said the technician was very professional, efficient, and wasn't pushy on selling additional services.

My wife told me that the gentlemen that arrived was very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually moved something in the attic that was blocking lint from leaving, which could have generated a fire hazard that we would literally never have found on our own. Definitely recommended. I forgot the exact price but it was a deal on here, and the cheapest available.

The person who came out to clean our system for us did an excellent job. He was extremely informative, and he took the time to show us the system, how it work and what we needed to do to keep it working properly. He was great!
