Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

They came out to my home on short notice. Would use them again.

He arrived on time. I was initially horrified that he had to cut a hole in the side of our furnace but apparently that is how it works. He repaired the hole to my satisfaction. The ducts looked perfectly clean after he was finished and I was satisfied. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was that he cleaned out the dirt from his vacuum in my back yard and there was a lot of dirt (20 years worth).

The service went fine. I like that they were prompt and very thorough. I did not dislike anything. It took me a week or two to schedule the service after I purchased the Big Deal. The final cost was significantly low compared to the original estimate. The pricing was perfect. I have no complaints. They were pretty quick in returning my calls.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. They were very competent. They were very courteous, came on time, and did a nice job, and they were clean. The interactions were fine. We kept adding things to the bill, but I think they were fine. They came out within a week or less after I purchased the big deal. It was more than I expected to do, but since he showed it to me before he started, and he priced it individually, it made sense to me. I have no comparison, but I think it was fair and reasonable. The quality of work was good. I thought they were very good.

Went fine. However, they only clean ducts that are in the floor. Ducts in the floor have a solid sheet metal framing. ducts (vents) in the walls general have flexible tubing that their cleaning agitator might break, so they don't clean them. We had about 12 vents in the walls that they didn't want to do. So I went around the house myself and unscrewed the covers, and they guy did me favor and blasted air into them. Better than nothing. Something to keep in mind given that you too will probably have ducts/vents that they won't want to be able to clean.

He seemed to be good and efficient. He came when he said he would. He said my dust wasn't too bad, which surprised me because we haven't had anything done and have been here for 40 yrs. He was very personable and polite. He did the workd he said he would do.

Sergio did a very good job. He worked steady throughout the hour or so and showed me many of the floor vents which had collected dust and small toys from previous renters over the years. He was careful of the floors while moving his equipment into the house. At the final stage he also cleaned the furnace filter which was covered in dust and dirt. I was very pleased with the final results.

It was fine. There were no issues with them. I had no problems with it. Only one worker came. He was professional, personable and punctual.

Bruno arrived on time & phoned ahead to let us know. He was punctual, professional, informative and courteous. He obviously knows his business and explained everything to us. He went about his work efficiently and it only took about an hour and a half. He worked hard, and showed us all the accumulated dust in the air intake vents. he cleaned up everything and gave us advice about replacing the air filter for the furnace. We were pleased with this service.

It was excellent. Very thorough. He was neat, considerate of walls. He didn't bang his equipment around and was very courteous.

It went smoothly. He arrived a bit early, after calling ahead to see if that was okay. One man arrived with the big vacuum machine which he lugged down into the basement. He was done within an hour or hour and a half. He commented that the ducts had been very dirty (I moved into this 60 year old house 5 + years ago), and had had some renovation work done during that time. Once I turned up the heat after he left, I could tell that the system was drawing so much better! Definitely worth the Big Deal price of $175. I will use them again in future.

The service was good. There was no extra fees. When the technician came, he had to do some additional work. My HVAC system was encased in the wall by the previous owner. So, the technician had to cut into the drywall to be able to get to it. He didn’t charge me anything extra to do that. He asked me if I wanted it to be put back on and I said no. So, he placed it neatly in front of it instead of reattaching it. I had never had that service done before and so I didn’t have anything to compare the price with. I went with them thinking them to be the big chain company. Then I figured out that it was a different. They didn’t have the day that I was looking for available when I went online to book an appointment. A technician called and said that he was on his way to my house and I was at work. I told him that I didn’t have an appointment that day. He had my number confused with someone else. Then I called the office and they were able to figure it out. He was here before he said he would be here.

. Nick arrived promptly on time & started the work. He is polite & friendly. He answered & explained all my questions. If he found any minor repairs related to vents he offered & took care of it. He offered half price on cleaning the clothes dryer. I accepted. He Quickly repaired Dryer connections & worked hard with his hose to vacuum both inside & outside vents of our dryer.

went very well. The employee was very knowledgeable and thorough with the cleaning. He explained step-by-step the process, and even showed the dirt buildup. once completed, he cleaned up the area and everything was back to the way when he arrived. very professional and would recommend.

Run away from this vendor. The service provider that showed up was unprofessional in his communication, asked for more money to provide the service, cut several holes in my duct work and improperly sealed them back up. The ducts were not fully cleaned properly. I found lots of debris after they left. The experience left such an impression, I'll never buy another promotion through Angie's List again.

Went great. Practically no residual dust from any of the areas cleaned. Very pleased.

Service was great! Technician showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgable. Made a couple of recommendations on how to maintain my system, as well as let me know when I should seek a coil cleaning based on the condition of my system. Vents were cleaned and sanitized and I have noticed a positive difference in airflow with my system. I will use Lowes again when it comes time for another cleaning.

The company called and offered us a appointment date for the f9llowing week, however we were to be out of town and we suggested a date three weeks out. The company called the day before the appointment and verified the time the technician would arrive. The work was accomplished just as promised.

Great communication and great service. On time and did exactly what they said they would do. Would recommend and will use Lowe's again in the future should we have additional HVAC cleaning needs.

,After he relialized the pipe was loose on the inside of the building, he offered to attache an elbow from the dryer. For about $50 dollars, after I have the pipe connected. I had my contractor to cut two openings in the ceiling where the pipe was disconnected. He connected the pipes together with the proper screws, which there were no screws holding the pipes togetner. He did a wonderful job.
