Description of Work: Cleaned furnace ducts and vents. Originally scheduled for a Wednesday, but changed the date to Saturday. Had some problem about it raining and he wouldn't be able to clean the ducts. However, it stopped raining and he was able to go on. He never showed me pictures of anything that showed he had actually cleaned the ducts. He noted some mold and I had a company who removed the mold and I'm having a UV light installed in my furnace. The cost was good but it was very unprofessionally done.

Dear Ma'am, I couldn't quite understand what was not professionally done. The fact that our tech discovered the mold and you were able to hire another company to remove it, or the fact that he could not work in the rain, or the fact that you never requested pictures, therefore never received them.
