Description of Work: To my surprise the subject house had 2 systems! I was notified and given a good compromise price for the larger job. Cleaning was efficient and the before and after photos were amazing! Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: He was very upfront about what he was going to do. No problem showing me what the process was as he did it each step of the way. There was a lot of dust in my vents that he cleaned out so just a little residual in the vents once he was done that came out through the vents for a day or 2 after the process but nothing routine dusting couldn't handle.

Description of Work: It was Ok, but he was going to charge me double because I had two furnaces. I told him the coupon said "unlimited vents and returns". One furnace served two floors and the other, a smaller one served one floor with half as many vents and returns. Af term two talks with his boss we agreed on $275.00. I was disappointed in the cost because the coupon did not explain in writing that the service was for only one furnace. I had focused on unlimited vents and ducts. | | | |

Description of Work: Cleaned the air ducts and vents connected to my furnace. Was surprised that they used a portable vacuum in my basement rather than a big vacuum truck like you see in duct cleaning commercials. However he did take pictures with his phone to show me the ducts were clean and showed me the dirt that the clean filter in the vacuum took out of my system.
