Description of Work: Purchased Angies List deal for Vent cleaning. I took several pictures of before and after. After their first visit, it looked as barely anything had been cleaned. The worker seemed very nice and we chatted a little before he did the work. I checked one room after he said he was done and it was not Clean at all. He went back in and did a little more. After they left I looked back in to re-check, and the vents still looked very dirty. I called a few days later to complain, and the manager called me back pretty quickly and said they would reimburse me the cost and send another guy out. This time I watched each vent they cleaned and we both spent a few min looking to see if it had been cleaned. I was satisfied with the second cleaning, they also threw in a dryer vent cleaning.
