Description of Work: Cleaned all the ducts and the dryer vent, all of which probably hadn't been cleaned in 15 years minimum. Technician got a LOT of gunk out of the vents. We were quite happy with the work and the price.

Description of Work: Sergey from Lowe's did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. He was very thorough and explained as he went along. He was here approximately 3 hours for one main system, one return, 9 vents, and the dryer vent.

Description of Work: The job went well. The gentleman who did the service is from the Ukraine, has a very strong work ethic, was very responsive, but is not always easy to understand. So, sometimes, I had to ask him to repeat something to make sure I understood what he was proposing. I did discover a few days after he left that he had left a blue masking cover over on the vents (it is part of the process) and simply forgot to remove this one particular one when he was done. A minor error. The cost of the job was as proposed with no surprises.
