Description of Work: Each vent and the intake area were cleaned. The gentleman was upfront and told me that ducts were not as bad as some they have seen, which I was glad to hear.

Description of Work: I have used this company before and was pleased with the overall experience. I wanted to employ their services again because they were professional and did a great job. |My laundry room is on the second floor. The dryer vent runs to the second story level on the outside wall. I informed the company of the location of the vent when they called to confirm the appointment. I was told that there would not be a problem with reaching the vent cover to clean the residue. |I brought the technician to the outside vent and asked if he brought the large ladder. He informed me that the company no longer uses a long ladder that would reach the vent. |I reminded him that I had mentioned the height of the vent when we confirmed the appointment. He had no answer to that. |I informed the technician that I would use his company for this cleaning, but would have to employ a different company in the future.

Description of Work: Air duct and vent cleaning for 1 HVAC system. Work was completed quickly, and technician provided explanation of all work performed.

Description of Work: the technician was not able to resolve an issue and recommended a complete replacement of our dryer duct. He did partially unblock the ducts so the dryer works substantially better than before, but he pressed to replace the duct-work which would have required breaking through the ceiling to do.

Description of Work: The man was very nice and he took his time cleaning the ducts and dryer vent, he missed the pantry vent, but I should have shown him there was one in there.

Description of Work: I think what happened to us was probably an exception but the dust in the ducts was blown into our house leaving the house filthy with thick layer of dust. They left it like that. It took us several hours to clean. They gave me a full refund. I know this company gets good reviews so I assume what happened at our house was not the norm.

Description of Work: Air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Sergey was professional and thorough. Having not had this service before it did take a little longer than I anticipated. I am happy with the results and will do it again.

Description of Work: The service rep showed up on time and was polite, friendly, and professional. He did a very thorough job of cleaning the heating/cooling ducts in our house. He answered our questions and cleaned up after himself. We were impressed with him and the service, and would definitely use Lowes again. Thank you Angies List for putting us in contact with them.
