Description of Work: Technician did ok job cleaning dryer ducts, but did not clean up lint and dirt in the laundry room or in the area below the outside vent. Also said outside cover broke when he tried to disconnect it and did not have a replacement with him. I had to pay another vendor to come and install a cover to the outside vent and make a repair where the previous technician pulled the outside vent from its connection, costing me an additional $75. I will not use Lowe's vent cleaning services again!

Description of Work: Nick was professional and quick. We moved into our home three years ago and needed the vent cleaned. Apparently the last owners who had two dogs had never cleaned their vents (at least not this professionally. The amount of filth that came out of the vents was amazing and we consider this money well spent. We have a 4 level home and a number of vents...Nick was just very well organized and took care of everything without an issue.

Description of Work: Tech was so nice, explained everything, showed me how bad the vents were. This was a new home for me, but built in 2003...don't think they ever had them cleaned. Will most certainly have them come back in a few years!!
