Description of Work: Reserved cleaning directly on vendor's website. My appointment was made about 3 weeks in advance. Lowe's did not call to re-confirm, which made me a little nervous, but then showed up 5 minutes early to start of appointment. Service was straightforward with no haggling about extra services, etc. like I have had with other Air Duct cleaning companies. Price was as advertised.

Description of Work: This young man did a fine job and I'm feeling so much better to have the air ducts cleaned. He noticed that we do not have a filter on the furnace which was helpful and also cleaned out the dryer vent which was also very helpful. The dryer didn't work for a bit afterwards to which my husband said the dryer vent wasn't put back all the way but it was a quick fix. Thanks so much for the cleaner air we breathe!

Description of Work: The guys showed up early, after calling beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They insisted on taking their shoes off in the house. They were very quick, efficient and friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing as they went along. Made sure not to leave a mess/thoroughly cleaned up when they were done.
