I am very satisfied with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. The technicians were right on time, they were respectful and courteous. They did an amazing job, showed me the videos of the ducts before and after cleaning them. They got a whole bag of lint out of the dryer vent. It was very important as clogged dryer vent can cause house fire. They also cleaned and inspected my chimney. When I called the company the operator was very nice and explained the entire process and the job was performed exactly in the way she explained. The technicians did a thorough inspection and made few recommendations regarding the indoor home quality. Lowe's air duct cleaning exceeded my expectations. I can feel the difference in the air since the service was performed. And I am getting less dust on the furniture. The price was also pretty low comparing with the job done. I definitely recommend this company.

First of all Danielle, the operator, was very pleasant, she answered all my questions. The technicians called upon arrival and arrived on time. They explained the job to be performed. Technicians appeared to be real professionals. They opened the return vents and showed me how the ducts looked. Then they did a thorough job cleaning all the ducts. After they showed me the results on camera; the ducts were shining like new. They also cleaned and inspected the furnace. They used an all green product to sanitize the entire system. After the job was performed I could breathe better and it dramatically decreased the amount of dust in other areas of the house. Then they inspected the dryer and the dryer vent, and pointed out all the issues regarding them. I had a foil vent transition which is not up to the safety code, so they replaced it with semi-rigid metal duct. They cleaned the entire vent and got a full bag of lint out of it. I am very happy with the service I will definitely use Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning in future and will recommend everyone to do so.
