Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

The service was for air duct cleaning (two systems) and a dry vent cleaning. Two guys came in and did an excellent job of cleaning the duct that probably wasn't cleaned in years. Both guys were very courteous, professional and gentle with moving the cleaning machine around the home. The job took about two hours and service from Lowe's team is worth the money and time.

Cleaned all the ducts and the dryer vent. I purchased one of the big deals and it was worth it. I had to pay a little extra above the deal because I have a two zone system. The worker was very professional and diligent.

I received a call prior to the appointment to confirm and the day of service. They were prompt and polite. I was working from home and they made sure they gave me the order of rooms they were going to be working in so as not to disturb me. Will be using them again!

After an initial problem with the vendor's cell phone not working and therefore not connecting on the initially scheduled day, I rescheduled for a month later. The gal in the office was very helpful. When the guys came, they were prompt, professional, and I think did a good job, but then I've never had vents cleaned before. I think if you want just the basic service, nothing special, they would be fine.

Crew of two college students (one ME and one CS) were punctual, professional, were easy to communicate with. Job took about 4.5 hours.

I had never had my ducts cleaned before, so I did a long research before I found Lowe's air duct cleaning. They appeared to have excellent rating on all the websites I checked. The scheduling was very easy. Kevin and Nick arrived on time, left their shoes in front of the door. They were very polite and well mannered. They did a very professional job, explained every detail, cleaned all the surfaces, did not leave any mess at all. Cleaned my clogged dryer vent; saving my place from fire )))) Thank You Lowe's.

I had not cleaned my vents for 10 years, so the ducts were full of dust and debris. Lowe's did a good job cleaning all the air lines. They also did not leave any mess. Cleaned all the surfaces after they were done. They showed me the pictures of the ducts before and after cleaning. Thank You Lowe's. .

Overall experience was very good. Was very easy to schedule. Joe and Kevin did an outstanding job. They were very professional. Results are obvious.

They arrived on time quickly started cleaning the ducts. Our house is very small so it didn't take long for them to finish the work. They forgot to close one of the vents when they were cleaning so after they left we noticed some of the dust and debris had blown down onto our furniture. It wasn't horrible but we did have to clean up a bit of a mess. They also did not clean the duct and vent in our only bathroom. Otherwise the crew did a decent job. The service was acceptable. We were definitely pleased that we didn't get the hard sell like some of the other duct cleaning companies will give you.

Everything was great from the beginning to the end. Danielle was very helpful and quickly gave us an appointment. Kevin and Joe arrived on time. They were very polite and professional. They took off their shoes before entering the house, explained the process. They were working very efficiently and accurately. They showed me the pictures before and after; the results were unbelievable. They did not leave any mess. Excellent job. Will hire them in future.

Danielle was very pleasant to deal with and even honored inclusion of sanitization in the pricing even though it was a mistake in the Angie's List deal posting. The techs were running late the morning of but did call to tell me. They were here for a few hours and cleaned up after themselves and there was virtually no mess afterwards other than a little dust on the baseboards under one of the returns. They explained what they were doing. Given the nature of the service, it's hard to tell if the vents/dryer are any cleaner but I think they are! I'd put vent cleaning off in our previous home for fear of the mess and disruption but it was no hassle whatsoever and I am glad we did it. One suggestion for improvement would be a reminder call to be placed the day before service. We'd just moved house and I realized late the night before there was no reminder call and I was worried they weren't going to show. I called first thing but got a voicemail, then the techs called about 30 minutes later to say they were running late due to traffic. All went fine but would have saved me some stress. Overall, good experience.

It went great, from setting up the appointment until completion. The guys arrived right on time, were very professional and took the time to take pictures of the ducts before and after. They took there time and did a great job cleaning ducts that weren't cleaned for probably 25 years. They also pointed out that my AC coil was really coated with dust , reducing the efficiency of the unit. They showed this to me before and after , What a great job they did on it. It cost $70 additional , well worth it. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was great. They arrived on time, went through the house with me, then carefully and thoroughly cleaned all vents. They suggested I purchase a treatment to clean out mold and bacteria. As it had been at least a dozen years since I had last had the vents cleaned, their suggestion was valid. They were great and I would use Lowes the next time I clean the vents, and I will not wait another 12 years!

They showed up on time and performed the requested service without trying to upsell any of their other services if they had any.

Other than punctuality, they did a great job. Apparently there was a foul up at the office and instead of an 11AM show they had us down for 2 and they showed at 3. What was frustrating is that I called the office around 12 and again at 1230 and no one answered. The manager later called and apologized profusely. The crew, a two person effort, were very professional and thorough, advising of their plans, taking shots before and after, and being very scrupulous about set up and clean up. I was impressed with them and would not hesitate to use their services again--but i would double check on the time! Overall, I was quite pleased.

Workers called in advance to let me know they were about to reach condo. Prompt, pleasant, and professional service.

Technician called to see if he could come early. Since it was ok, I said yes. Since my dryer connects directly to the exterior and there is no long pipe, cleaning was very quick and it seemed like there was not a lot of lint to remove. He replaced the exterior anti-bird cage for an additional fee.

I can't recall how much I paid, but it was extremely reasonable. I told another contractor how much I paid and he was impressed as well. Three guys came over, they were very polite, they gave the system a great cleaning, and they put in effort. They were sweating and working hard--they didn't just slough around my house and take forever, they worked! I would definitely use these guys again.

The crew of two came a little bit late due to bad weather, but not too much off. Cleaned all the ducts thoroughly. Only thing I would suggest for a better result is they should use a spinning brush instead of strand of whipping strips. (it's my guess). But their work is commendable, very detailed, spent about 4.5 hours for the whole house.
