Two very hardworking, polite and professional young men from Lowe's came out to our house on a Sunday night and spent nearly 5 yours thoroughly cleaning our three system air ducts and our dryer vent. They were courteous and did a fine job, very careful with the house and equipment and explained all of their work. I would recommend them without reservation.

The company performed a cleaning of the ducts in my condo. They arrived right at the beginning of their service window if not a few minutes earlier. They called me 20 to 30 minutes a head of time to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and were as least disruptive as possible. They explained to me the tools and methods they were using and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use this company again into the future.

It was a little bit difficult to connect (phone tag) to get the appointment scheduled, but once we finally spoke live it was simple. They arrived within the stated arrival window and did the work. | |I had already researched what duct cleaning is and what it does...but I would suggest the company instruct it's field personnel to explain what they are going to do before they start. I didn't care, but someone else might. It took a little over 2 hours to complete, and the technicians were friendly but not chatty (ie no time wasting). I love that they did not try to up-sell me on any additional treatments or services. Would definitely call them again.

Everything went ok. They showed up on time and performed the work as promised.

The service men called to give me an up to date time of arrival which I appreciated. Before entering my house they removed their shoes which is something I do appreciate. They both worked efficiently for approximately 2 1/2 hours without a break. The only ;complaint I do have is that they forgot to return a heavy ladder to its original place before they left. I actually forgot to ask them also. They also chipped the edge of a wall, with a large piece of equipment when going around a corner and downstairs to the basement. I can ask my family to help me move the ladder and the chipped edge of the wall can be easily repaired.

It worked out really well. The only thing was is that my sister was kind of scared by the workers that came out but they were fabulous for me. I like them.

It was pretty good. So actually they are pretty professional and so basically I also asked them to do something extra besides the deal I bought and also just paid extra to do some extra work. They did a great job. They showed up on time.

It went well. They arrived on time. Everything was very clean. It went very quickly too. There was nothing bad about them at all.

It turned out okay. They were pretty good. They came in and they did what they were supposed to do. They did a pretty good job. They were clean and they were young but they were good. They knew what they were doing. From what I saw, they did a good job. They cleaned up behind themselves. They put on their little booties which was good. They made suggestions. They seem professional. They seem very good at what they were doing. I didn’t have any problems with them at all. I would recommend them.

They went into the attic above my furnace to force the dirt into a machine (vacuum. They removed, cleaned out vents/ducts with brushes, and replaced all vent covers. They we very polite and all work was completed within 1 12/ to 2 hours and everyuthing was left clean. I was extremely pleased with the work. |

Took multiple phone calls and emails to finally reach someone as my attempts to contact them to schedule - were not returned. Day of, they called to say they were running late, but by the time they showed up, they were over two hours late. I will say the service folks were friendly and professional. However, my entire house was covered in a heavy layer of dust when they finished. It was gross. I see deals on Groupon for $30 for this same service but I paid $175 on Angie's List daily deals. Not positive I got such a great deal.

They called because they ran late from traffic. They were very careful removing air vents and the team worked well together. I was please with their work and found my 13 year condo did not have much dust, etc. The two men worked long and hard. Joan Volenick

The contractor could not complete the work on any of the 3 days I wanted, but we did agree on 11/20/13. On 11/19 the contractor called and said that 11/19 was the date and he would be late. I explained that it was not the date. He could not come on 11/20. He could not come any time soon, so I canceled the services.

They were nice and they spend some time but I got filters over the vents now, cleaning is sucking up a lot of black stuff out of the vents. They got cleaned out 6 out and 3 in. If they've gotten it a little cleaner, it would have been a lot better. They didn't get it clean, I got the filters taped over the registers cleaning and it takes about 2 days and it goes dark. I called them and they were out fairly quick, it was like a few days.

I still have some dust in the parts that I can see. They did not do as thorough a job as I would have liked. When I turned my heat on, it blew out some debris. Scheduling went smoothly and they were punctual for the appointment. Communication was good. When I called them and asked them about the debris they said it was normal for when you first turn the heat on. I would have thought they would have taken pictures to show before and after. If I were to use their service again, I would want visual confirmation of the cleaning performed.

Little mix up early but was cleared up quickly. They did work in some tough areas to get to. No Complaints-Good attitudes. Will definitely use them again when needed.

The next day, the air conditioning stopped working. I had to call someone to come out and look at it, and as they were cleaning it, they disconnected some wires and it made the air stop working. So I ended up spending extra money to get this looked at and fixed.

Overall I am satisfied with their service. Kevin & Nike came out and cleaned my ducts. They seemed to know what they were doing. Fast & efficient. My home is not very big so it took about an hour. Some minor complaints I have is 1) some of the vents they screwed back on after cleaning are crooked. 2) The dust & debris that fell from the vents were not vacuumed up afterwards. 3) They nicked some paint from my door frame because they were trying to squeeze their big machine in & out. I wouldn't be annoyed at the paint chipping if they had just simply apologized. My old home has narrow doorways, so it can happen. I just don't like how they knew they did it (was sitting a couple feet away & heard an "oh~") but chose to pretend it didn't happen.

They were excellent. We could tell the difference right away. It was all good.
