It's been fine. They came on time. They're pretty professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall I would say they did a good job. They charged by unit and I have two units.

The two gentlemen that the company sent were very polite and professional, and they arrived on time for the appointment. Unfortunately, they couldn't perform the work at that time because my vents were permanently attached to the floor. This means that I have to have another company cut into the floor and remove the vents before the ducts could be cleaned.

They came out on time. They're doing a fine job.

They are pretty good and I would use them again.

I found this service provider while I was doing research on air duct cleaning, I had my ducts cleaned before by other companies and results were just terrible. I was very skeptical about hiring another duct cleaner, however an excellent job Lowe's air duct cleaning did, was beyond my expectations. They came on time, took off their shoes, kept my place spotless, were very polite and courteous. Did not try to upsell any other services. And what is most important, did an excellent job cleaning the ducts. They showed me before and after pictures and difference was just great. .

Excellent. Showed up on time and worked efficiently. The ducts were filled with 50+ years of dust and what not. The before and after appearance was remarkable. Also noticed and fixed (no extra charge) a big hole in the return line where an old humidifier had been. I am very pleased.

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was recently here. Outstanding!! Just the price and the worker was just really I want to say thorough of what they did. They are actually here on Thursday or Wednesday. It cost of the service plus tip it was $300 but roughly around $250 to $260. Overall is "B" – the reason I wouldn’t give them an "A" is the scheduling. That is the only, only hung up I think I had and it wasn’t a hung up it was the inconvenience. It is variable for them to come out. We have to set up this up like a week to almost 10 days in advance but then were so busy and they don’t have a lot of people that work for them which probably adds to whether able to give such great service and always keep your customer. I am going to give them an “A”. We took quotes from other people and talk to other companies on Angie’s List and their prices were like doubled like this company actually had a very good record from Angie’s List so we felt comfortable in having in your home to take care of this. I would give them a “B” for professionalism. When they arrive they were not wearing uniform or anything like that. There is this couple of guys wearing jeans and tees and sometimes if you don’t know what you are expecting I’m just more of a person who is not strict but appreciate people who knows how to present their self properly – let say you are coming to somebody’s house you need to be kinda dressy (I don’t mean you need to wear suit with respect with the job but using just simple uniform shirts/polo with logo). It is simple procedure that I think it is important when you go into someone’s house because truthfully you don’t know them and they are randomly coming in and out of your house. It is a good practice. I am not a business owner but as a consumer that counts I think.

They said they were going to clean the air ducts through all the vents and had me show them all vents. However, after they left, I checked and found that they'd only removed a couple of vents.

It would have been nice if they have an online availability to be able to reserve online. I would recommend them. They're a nice company.

They called to see if they could arrive earlier than scheduled which was wonderful. They removed there shoes when entering. They cleaned the area around each return so there was no mess upon their leaving. The technicians were professional and organized and worked very efficiently. Very professional, punctional and did a great job with cleaning air ducts in our house. We are preparing house for sale so this is often a neglected area that needed to be done. We had an evening appointment and they worked within the two hour window given. They came in, took off their shoes and went to work. I would recommend them highly. I will be reaching out to them again for chimney cleaning whenever this snow disappears.

The service provider came out and they were unable to get the machine in our home through the door. Their customer service was great and they showed up on time. At this time, I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List.

First of all I got answers to all my questions on the phone. Operator was very helpful and polite, she was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Technician called me 30 minutes before arrival and arrived right on time. He was very polite and explained the job to be performed. He did an amazing job. He showed me the videos of the ducts before and after cleaning. After he was done the ducts were shining. I can really feel the difference in the air quality right now. After he was done he cleaned everything after him, like he was never even there. He also made some recommendations to improve indoor air quality. He inspected the dryer and checked if it is up to safety code, then cleaned it using a very long snake-brush and vacuum. I am very excited about this company. My experience with Lowe's air duct cleaning was great from beginning to the end. Definitely recommend this company.

It was great. They called when they were on their way and did a very thorough job cleaning out pretty disgusting vents that hadn't been cleaned in many years. Nick and Joe were not bothered by my 2-year-olds who eagerly watched them and talked to them each time they were working near us, and they were careful to make sure the kids weren't too close as they were working. They were very respectful, taking off their shoes when working in the house, and cleaned up well as they went. A word of advice to future customers: Make sure you have a clean air filter available. Our last filter was in the heat pump and it was so gross after their work was done we had to take it out. I should have had a clean one on hand but didn't...
