Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Had my vents and dryer vent cleaned they were good came on time and were honest.

They did a good job and put vents back in duct works.

Everything was fine. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. The technician was great and professional.

It's just fine. They worked careful when they're taking down the covers of the vent.

I wasn't home when the work was performed - son was home. He said they did a good job. Cleaning the dryer vent has made a difference in the dry time of clothes. I would definitely use this company again.

It was excellent. He was very prompt and thorough and answered all my questions. He was a true professional!

Went well. The guy was on time and courteous, he even worked around my son's nap by saving his room for last.

It was very nice. I didn't spend anything extra. He was very knowledgeable and he cleaned up everything he was working on.

Took about 3 hours. Hooked up large vaccuum to basement unit, and removed all intake vents and shop vac'd them. Then inserted a "snake" that blows compressed air into the vents while snaking around the inside of the vent loosening up the dust. The large high power vac in the basement sucks in all the loosened dust. He showed me the dust collected, it was substantial. Happy with the service.

Awful service, which gives them F?s in all areas. It does not appear that the Lowe?s Air Duct Service did not do any work at all. They did not even recommend to my tenants to replace the dirty air filter with the new filter lying next to the venting unit. The job was not performed professionally and I will use a different Air Duct Cleaning Service to perform the job that was not done correctly the first time. In addition, the dryer vent was fill with lint throughout.

I contacted this company on May 22 for air duct cleaning. The deal said that I would hear back from them within two business days to schedule an appointment, but they never contacted me. As I need it done soon, the fact that they didn't contact me within the promised time frame means that I now need to find someone else to do this job.

A job well-done. I will hire them for future use in cleaning my air ducts.

We bought this house that was built in 1957. My vents/ duct work had not been cleaned in 10-15 years. He cleaned them and took before and after pictures. The duct work was covered in dust/ dirt/ hair/ etc. It was disgusting looking what is inside your house! I am amazed at how much better they are. I will do the duct cleaning once every 3 years (recommended) and the dryer vent yearly!

We had decided to have our air ducts cleaned. I researched on Angie's List, and picked Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning (does not appear to be associated with Lowes Home Improvement chain, but I am not sure about that). I had a last minute schedule issue, and Lowe's was able to move our appointment up an hour. They were quite respectful of our time concerns. The technician, Constantine, was professional. He took off his shoes at the door to prevent tracking in dirt. He laid tarps where needed, especially for the chimney cleaning -- not a spec of dust or soot into the house. Since our appointment was near dinner time, he planned his work to be out of the kitchen and dining room when we needed to use those rooms. He even took time to answer my young granddaughter's questions in an entertaining way. His post-job clean up was thorough and complete. The duct cleaning was thorough. I was pleased at how clean they were post-job. I had only had my ducts cleaned (at a previous townhouse) once before. This job was so much better. Lowe's honored the price and did not try any kind of up-sell once on site. In summary, a professional experience from scheduling to completion. I would recommend Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning with no reservations.

I purchased the $264 deal to clean ducts and dryer vents on a three story townhouse. The provider was very personable and professional. He cleaned the ducts and dryer vent and worked quickly and efficiently. He also volunteered to put on an exterior dryer vent cover to prevent birds from nesting in it (I had just found birds in the vent a few days beforehand and purchased a cover but not installed it yet).

Konstantin did a great job cleaning the vents and he was very punctual. He also let me know little ways to make improvements and told me that i wouldn't need another cleaning for at least 5 years. Would definitely use again.

I wasnt able to ge the services completed because there werent any times available sooner, they were pretty much booked up. This provider was very responsive.

My experience turned out fine. They came when they said they would. It took them a little longer to do the work since I had a lot of ducts to clean. The work took about 3-4 hours to complete and with one technician here.

The drive called when he was 10 to 15 mins away from my home, he arrived on time and introduce himself to me. Bruno wanted to first locate all the vents and the return units, then he explained what he was going to do and he also take some before and after pictures of the work.

I bought a big deal ($175.00) for air duct cleaning. Company responded promptly by e-mail, giving me a phone number to call to set up appointment. I was given a two-hour window on the scheduled date and advised that I would be called 30mins before the workperson arrived. And that is exactly what happened. Courteous and professional service.

It went very well. We just moved into our home and there was a lot of construction debris in the vents. He used an industrial vacuum to pull loose dust and debris and pressured air to clean the vents and a shop vac at each vent to get where most of the construction debris was at. The job took about an hour and he was very professional and explained to me what he was doing when I checked in on him. He cleaned up as he went and cleaned up when he left. I would recommend their service and I plan to use them in the future.

Excellent. We had had a lot of construction done in the house and it was very dusty so that prompted me to get a vent cleaning service. I saw what came out of the vents and it was gross. We are breathing better now. I can't really remember how long it took but I'll say around 3 hours. The 4 units and numerous vents in the house easily kept 2 men busy. Bottom line, they were great.
