Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Very promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment. Was willing squeeze me into his schedule. Showed up on time, took extra special care not to mark up newly varnished floors. Did a great job!

Everything went very well. We used an Angie's List deal that provided the cleaning service for about half of the regular cost. They showed up on time and performed the work in the window of time that they said they would. All of our questions were answered. We noticed a significant difference after the work was completed, both in seeing the inside of the vents and the quality of the air in the house. We would use this company again in the future.

The service went well. We actually had them check two systems for an additional fee. The technician was prompt and did a nice job. Scheduling was not an issue.

Tech was very nice and professional. My only complaints are that one vent was not touched. I know this because it is currently painted over and the paint on the screws was not touched. Seems as if it was just forgotten. The other is that when the dryer vent was cleaned a big blob of lent was left outside on some of my plants where the exhaust goes. I didn't notice these things until after the tech left. Other than that the jobs were done to satisfaction.

The provider called in advance to state time of arrival. He was very cordial, professional and efficient. During the process he explained what he was doing. We were happy with the service.

Went fine. Tech inspected house, told us exactly what he was going to do, set up his compressor and went to work. Only took about 1 1/2 hours which was nice.

Everything went as planned. Constantine was a little late but gave me a call early on to inform me of his arrival time. We walked though the house to locate all the vents and registers. He then began his work which took about two hours. He was very courteous and professional. When he was finished, he provided information to help the ducts to stay cleaner a little longer. I will certainly use them again when the next cleaning is due.

Everything went really well. He was punctual and he was a really nice guy to work with. He walked through everything he was going to do. He took off the returns and he advised me based on what he was seeing on what type of filter was needed. It did take a little while to get the scheduling done but everything turned out well.

I bought an Angie's List coupon for one duct cleaning. I have two systems, so the company honored the special rate and performed both systems. The technician was professional and did a great job. I will use them again.

On time, efficient, clean very professional. Even suggested that we use a different filter for our heat pump as the one we were using wasn't effective. The only downside, if you can call it that, was that the company was busy and it took a while to have them come out.

Setting up an appointment was a breeze. I called Alex at the number provided, and booked the date for service. He was courteous and considerate of our needs. Joel (sp?) called on the morning of service, well in advance, and we met at our townhouse. He was friendly, professional and thorough, and found every single return and duct in the house. It took about two hours for the service, just as he had estimated. Service was impressive overall, and Joel exceeded expectations by a wide margin. I know who I'd be calling when I need our air ducts cleaned again!

Originally scheduled the 179 Angie Deal for unlimited duct cleaning. Joe was going to be running later due to another job but he called and gave us plenty of notice. Joe did a great job cleaning all the ducts and risked his Samsung S5 to show me that the coil needed cleaned. He was able to complete the work including the additional all in one afternoon.

It was great. They were fantastic. They were on time.

The young man called ahead, was on time, and took his shoes off as he came in the door. I was won over then and there. He was thorough, professional, cleaned up so you could not tell he had been hear, replaced everything he moved and was done in 2 hours. Wow - I will highly recommended Lowes Duct Cleaning to friends and family. The Angies List price was the big bonus. Thank you. My membership fee already paid for itself.

I just installed a new return duct in a bedroom and am adjusting my quality rating because when I drilled a hole in the main return line, I found handfulls of dust and dirt (that was only what I could reach). Using a mirror I confirmed that the condition was the same for as far as I could see. The service was "done" only 9 months ago and there is no way this much dust and dirt could have accumulated during this time. My advice to anyone having this service done, is to watch the workers complete the service every step of the way because this is an easy service to fake since most people don't actually follow up and evaluate their system by drilling holes to see how clean it became.

I am pleased with the results. There is an impressive amount of setup -- blocking off vents and redirecting air flow. My dryer vent was in a disgraceful state and required extra effort. I had additional questions about types of filters, etc., and the gentleman who did the work was helpful and informed. He was careful in helping me herd my two cats away from the action as he progressed from room to room.

The young man arrived on time is courteous, friendly, and professional. He will ask for a tour of the house to see the vents and returns. He works quietly and in his socks to prevent tracking any dirt from outside. The primary machine makes a steady suction noise but that is expected.
