That turned out fine. We were very satisfied. One technician came out and it took him about 4 hours. He cleaned the both of our double units. He was timely, he did a nice job and he cleaned up very well.

It turned out pretty well. In some ways, it was not what we expected based on the equipment and technique we’ve seen before. However, the guy who came out was diligent. On the whole, it was a success. They were also easy to get in touch with and on time.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The technician who came out was helpful, friendly, and on time. He completed the job within three to four hours and seemed to be through with the work. Everything was fine.

I’d give Alex A+s. He really tried to accommodate all the cancellations and reschedulings from my tenants. He went above and beyond, and even gave me a time window for next Friday evening. But my tenants aren't cooperating, so I need to cancel the work. I would definitely use him again, he was the best.

This company was good to work with and to help me find a time that would work. I believe that they did a good job cleaning the ducts. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However, they showed up early and without the 30 minute prior to arrival call so I was not really expecting them. Additionally, there was a lot of lint left behind below the vents that that I had to go behind and vacuum.

I got a call right away after purchasing from Lowe's and scheduled an appt. On the day, the guy showed up exactly on time before calling ahead. We went through the entire house and he asked me to point out all the vents (some he found for me) and then he proceeded to vacuum and clean all the vents. He also cleaned out my dangerously long dryer vent and let me tell you there was a mega-pile of lint that came out! He also pointed out that the connector was a fire hazard and I wasn't aware at all because it is hidden between the back of the dryer and the wall. Overall the service was outstanding and for a great value and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had oil heat prior to gas heat conversion. Never had ducts cleaned after conversion. This was first cleaning. After cleaning, heat came on and a black dust cover every surface in the house. Quick reply and explanation for black dust was due to oil heat, and never cleaned before. Offer full refund

It was a good experience. They were punctual. They gave me a call to confirm my appointment. Overall I like how they conducted business. They also did a good job when they came out. They have a good professional commercial contractor. You can have peace of mind of completing the job as advertised.

The tech arrived exactly on time, answered all of my questions, and even took a few moments to give me some information on operating my HVAC unit. He showed me the inside of the vents before & after so I could see the difference. He was even respectful of the fact tat our newborn was napping and worked around her schedule! Very impressed by the work done.

He came to my door, banged loudly, started opening my door before I could. I then asked for credentials and he had none. His van did not have any writing on it which would show the company. He had no ID. When I asked him he pointed to his wrinkled shirt with the words Lowes on it. I asked him what he was going to do. He sarcastically responded, "I'm gonna clean your ducts." I told him I meant the process and that I did not appreciate the sarcasm. I had him leave.

They did a very good job. They sent out one technician who was very personable, polite, and efficient. He took out all the registers and I could see where he got all the dirt out. I know he did a thorough job.

They double charged for doing two different systems. I thought that was expensive, but I agreed to it.

It did take about two weeks to get an appointment. The dryer vent comes out under our deck. The tech removed a very large amount of lint, good thing. But he left the entire pile under the deck. I expected him to clean up after any work he had done.

The gentleman who came from Lowe's was very knowledgeable and efficient and professional. He simply was not able to get his large HEPA vacuum up into our attic. He pointed out that the ducts were very dirty even though I had had them cleaned recently by another company and then he showed me the dirt in the vents. I wish Lowe's had told me that a certain dimension of clearance was needed, then we would not have wasted our time or lost time from work. The repairman would have done a thorough job and it is not his fault that the vacuum did not fit.

Very positive experience. Bruno showed up at 4 pm and told me it would take approximately an hour and a half. He had to do some improvising because I live in a narrow row home but he was very knowledgeable and got everything set up in a minimum amount of time. He was very nice and got everything done by 5:30. From scheduling the appointment to getting the actual job done, Lowes was great. I'd definitely recommend them if you need your air ducts cleaned.

It was a great experience with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. Purchased a deal with them to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. The day of the scheduled service, they called and asked if they could actually come earlier than scheduled. (when does that happen?!) The serviceman arrived and was very friendly and personable. He was thorough and efficient. Don't think I could have asked for anything more.

He arrived on time, didn't disrupt the household, was very polite. He asked me to walk him through the house and show him the ducts, which I did. He cleaned them thoroughly in a reasonable amount of time. The reason I gave a B for quality was that he missed two ducts. They were in the finished basement, and I didn't see this until he had left. Overall, I think he did a wonderful job for a great price (got an Angie's List deal). Next time, I will be better prepared with a written checklist of each duct.
