I do not prefer to give a bad rating and she seemed very nice on the phone; however, I am quite put-off by having her not show-up at all.

I cannot begin to say how amazing it is to have Jenna in my life. I had joined Angie's list to find a good house cleaner after being disappointed by a series of different cleaners that came as recommendations from friends and co-workers. In the past, I never felt the quality justified the cost. However with Jenna, she provides value above and beyond the cost. She cleans, she organizes, she runs errands. She does it all, and she's a really great person who's insanely flexible even with my crazy travel schedule that has me out of the country more than in it :). I first contacted Jenna through the Angie's List inquiry feature, and she emailed me back within a few hours. Through a series of email exchanges, we were able to set up a consultation that week, and she even accommodated my travel schedule and came on the weekend. The consultation went great. She listened and observed, while also recommending ways in which she would be able to help. Unlike other consultations where they assume you've already hired them or they spend the entire time as a walking calculator, Jenna was not presumptions and I honestly felt like she was there to help versus being there to get paid. After the consult, we scheduled a time the following week for Jenna to come and help me organize my closet and bedroom. The great thing was that I didn't have to be present the whole time, I was actually working from home that morning while packing for a trip, and Jenna helped me multi-task. I spent the first 30 minutes outlining what I was looking for and did a quick sort of what could go to goodwill, and then she was off and organizing. She had a occasional question about where I wanted certain items, but other than that she was self sufficient. In addition she noticed my huge pile of dry cleaning and mentioned she had a really great dry cleaner near her. When it was all said and done, she spent 3 hours at my house re-organized two closets, helped me sort out 4 bags of goodwill items, catalogued and emailed the goodwill list, dropped off the goodwill, vacuumed my bedroom and office, cleaned my master bath, dropped off and delivered my drycleaning (which was only $48 vs the $90++ I would have spent at my dry cleaner), and put away 3 baskets of laundry. Since then, I've also had her come and organize my office and clean my kitchen. With plans to have her do a whole house spring cleaning soon. Besides being good and affordable, I love Jenna because she is super flexible. She has come in a days notice and works to best meet my needs, whatever they may be. One point that I think another reviewer mentioned is that she's not uber punctual. However I truly believe this comes because of her flexibility. She also always gives me a heads up, and at the end of day 5 to 10 minutes isn't that big of deal. I'd rather have someone that's 5 minutes lates vs. 30 minute early, but that's just me.

Jenna and Jen arrived on time prepared to go to work. They brought all the equipment needed for the job. Both ladies worked pretty much non-stop for all of one afternoon and came back the next day to finish up. Both woman were pleasureable to talk to as they worked and enjoyed having them cleaning my apartment. I was impressed with their work. I plan on using them once a month in the future.

I wasn't satisfied. I didn’t think that they did a great job and it cost too much. Their responsiveness was good, and they got the work done on time. I would not use them again in the future.

Jenna was very prompt in responding and coming to give an estimate. Shortly after accepting she had a cleaning scheduled. THey did a deep clean first and now a biweekly cleaning. I have no complaints about the cleaning. They do an excellent job. I would recommend them! The price is slightly higher than others, but it is worth the service.

I was delighted to finally find a housekeeping service that would assist with organizing (which is rare), rather than having to hire a separate organizer. Before finding Jenna Robinson and Crew, I always felt I had to "clean up for the cleaners" before other housekeeping services would arrive (since they did not offer help with clutter which is an on-going problem for me), which sort of defeated the purpose of hiring help, when what I really needed was more for organizational help with cleaning added in. I also appreciate that Jenna Robinson and Crew are willing to help out with cleaning dishes, refrigerators, and laundry by request, which most commercial cleaning services refuse to do. Also, I recently moved to another house across town, and Jenna and her crew have been invaluble in helping me pack prior to the movers arriving, and then help us get organized after our move date. I initiially found this service under it's previous name, "Clean and Organized", which describes their services perfectly. For organizing, she charges $30 per man hour, and for general cleaning, she charges by the job. I have worked with Jenna Robinson and Crew for about 5 years now after finding her through Angies List, and she has become like part of the family; my children really love to see her too and miss her when she's gone! She is very reliable and I highly recommend her service.

Jenna got a lot done in a short period of time. She was here from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Everything was done to my satisfaction. If I would have done the job I would have made it look the way she did too!

I contacted Jenna to get an estimate to clean my house. I felt comfortable with her and was OK with the price, so setup a bi-weekly schedule. She and her crew have been responsive to my feedback and I am pleased with the service they provide me. They have been cleaning for about 6 weeks now, and it's great to come home to a clean house! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Response was immediate. She came the next day to review and give an estimate then immediately started working. The family was almost in tears when they saw the transformation. It's like having a new house. Could not have gone better,

From beginning to end, I found the company to be responsive and responsible. I will gladly call them again.

They go over everything; they don't hit and miss. They make sure to clean everything, including some things that other people don't normally do. I have some high expectations and she is that only one who has ever met them. Jenna is top of the line.

I first received an estimate from them. I was favorably impressed with them and so, I hired them. I found them on Angie’s List. They are fabulous. They charge me $155 for the whole house every two weeks. I have a big house with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. They seem very professional. Their prices are fair and they do a good job.

Quality work is the best way to describe my experience. Jenna and Erin do a thorough job.

Did a great job cleaning. Very thorough and Jenna is very responsive. They were a bit pricy compared to other cleaning services I've used, but they did do a good job.

Arrived alittle late which caused me to run late for a meeting. Better to not plan a meeting on a first time experience until you establish some routine. They were ready to get started as soon as they arrived full of aplologies and quick to work. I had a lot of errands to run so left tem to work and only checked in periodically. They were busy working at all times when I was here. My last errand sent me off into a traffic jam they locked up the house and I came home to a wonderful fresh smell of no dust and a clean house.

Jenna was great. Easy to contact, very flexible about scheduling the first meeting. Took great notes and quickly provided quote. Scheduling the actual cleaning couldn't have been easier. The cleaning was completed while I was at work. It was WONDERFUL. The house was scary clean. I have since hire Jenna to clean every other week. The price was about $100 for every other week, a little higher than some others but worth it. Jenna has a nice easy going style and is the time of person that you instantly trust. Contact between us is by texting, at my request and communication has always been punctual and appropriate. Hire them. You will not be sorry.

Jenna spent about 6 hours cleaning and scrubbing floors, cabinets, frig, bathtubs, toilets and sinks. She did a very thorough and professional job. She also did the floors in the living room and dining room. I would definitely recommend Jenna for any cleaning job you have no matter how tough.

Lorie and Erin were both very professional and thorough. I felt they did an excellent job of cleaning and will use them again.

It went very well. She tolerated my nosy Min Pin and that was a lot to ask.

It went just like you would expect it to. Clean house. They let my dogs out since I was at work. Jenna came over and then wrote up what she could charge and what services would be done. Then we picked a day and they did it. I was very pleased.

Although she originally planned to perform the job with 2 employees, she showed up solo but stayed until the job was completed. She also made sure to have me review the work so that she could address anything she may have missed. Extremely professional and hard-working.

Jenna responded quickly to my initial email and after a few emails back and forth (I was slow to respond to confirm) we met for an estimate a few weeks later. After 4 appointments, I'm generally pleased with the quality and price.

Overall, the experience was good but, I don't think the service went above and beyond to grade an A. Initially, Jenna and I did have a lot of back and forth communications in trying to reach each other and coordinate times. I am OK with this as I am sometimes hard to reach. The 1st on-site visit was quick and I felt she had a good understanding of my expectations. She was on-time, friendly and professional. Seemed trustworthy and competent. The actual cleaning was "Good" but fell short of my expectations of a "deep clean". I was told everything would be cleaned top to bottom, from ceiling to baseboards. The cleaning was also to include an oven cleaning. The general houseclean of my condo was good - vacuum, wipe-down, mopping, etc. However, I found things like cobwebs in the corner ceilings, tops of tall items not dusted, and the oven did not get cleaned which left me feeling that the space was not cleaned as "deep" as I was led to believe. Had these items been completed, grade would have been an A. My space is small (approx 1000sq ft) so I was expecting a deep clean in a small space to be easy to deliver on expectations. I emailed Jenna after the cleaning to let her know about the areas that were missed. I did not receive a reply back. Other comments: At the initial walk-through before the 1st cleaning, seemed more interested in closing a sale of repeat weekly cleanings than listening to what I wanted clean. I wanted the opportunity to evaluate the work before agreeing to any future cleanings. I would probably have used this service again and booked additional cleanings throughout the year, if she had responded and acknowledged my message sent post-cleaning. I did not like that this service was not able to provide a full checklist/menu of service items of what is included and what is an add-on service. Supposedly the oven cleaning was an "add-on" and was added to the price of the service but this service did not get completed. It is possible this service is overbooked or not genuinely interested in cleaning smaller homes. I would not recommend add-on or deep cleaning services. I would recommend this service for general housecleaning.

From the first meeting, I was completely comfortable with Jenna and was looking forward to working with her. When she came to give me an estimate, she explained in full detail what services she offered and how it worked. She and her crew are very thorough, professional and consistently go above and beyond. Her prices are very competitive and the service impeccable. I couldn't be happier!
