Jenna was so nice and very accommodating with my schedule and short notice. Her pricing was fair and did a great job! It was a one time badly needed cleaning and they were amazing and efficient.

Jenna is wonderful and a joy to have around. I thought I would feel uncomfortable with someone cleaning while I'm there, but she was great company. She is very upbeat and got me moving too. I almost don't want to recommend her so highly because I don't want her to get too busy for me.

I'm delighted with them. They sent 2 people to clean the house, usually. They clean our house every 2 weeks and it takes them a little over 2 hours for just the main floor. The top and bottom floors can take up to 3 hours. Jenna does a good job.

Everything went well. I was in a short time frame and she could accommodate my time frame. She was friendly. They came when they said they would. Accommodating for payment.

She said that she would have the estimate to me in a day or two after she came to my house. After leaving several messages for her on voice mail (I think it was 3 or 4 messages) I never heard from her! I consider myself a nice, patient person so I was giving her some grace that maybe it was an especially busy time for her since school had just started and she has school aged kids. All of my messages were kind in nature. My final message said something like this..."I know that you haven't called me back to give me an estimate and I was wondering why you did not call. I would really like to hear any feedback as to why you haven't called because I from our initial meeting I thought that we really hit if off and you would be responsive to the estimate." I felt kind of goofy leaving this message, but it really bothered me that she didn't contact me! Plus, I paid $10 for an estimate and I never got an estimate. Not that $10 is a lot of money, but it is the principal of it. I ended up hiring McCarthy's Home Service to clean and their professionalism was amazing compared to Jenna.

My wife is having a bridal shower, and with all that she had to do, I suggested she enlist some cleaning help. She read the reviews on Angie's List, and decided to call Jenna. Jenna came out to see what needed to be done, and gave us an estimate via e-mail that night. We took to Jenna immediately, as she is a very friendly and easy going woman. Jenna came to clean, and brought Jennifer with her. They were here for 3.5 hours, and were easy to have in our home. My wife reports that they did a very good job, and they worked hard. We both found Jennifer very pleasant also, and we plan to use Jenna again. Jenna was also prompt in answering my e-mailed questions.

They did a wonderful job. Unlike my previous cleaners, blinds were dusted, floors were cleaned properly and doors were wiped down. They did all the expected cleaning jobs toroughly and professionally. I am very pleased.

Jenna and her Crew did a great job. They were, prompt, did excellent work and did the job in good time. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely use again. Jenna was very personable, and I enjoyed dealing with her. I appreciated that she made herself available on rather short notice.

There is nothing to complain about. Jenna is fun to be with and lifts my spirits. I wish I could afford her every week.! We're asking her to come once a month but we're swimming in cat hair sooner than that. She and crew is good with the older customers and the animal lovers.

jJenna not only performed her job but brightened my day. She is not a clean freak. Not scrubbing the tub with Clorox.. getting bleach all over my hand towels. Bleach is a very harsh chemical. I wish more house clearners would wise up. Jenna is,however, a very fine person. She collected my junk and got it out of the way. We have cats so cleaning up litter and rolling hair off the couch is important. I only wish I could have her MORE OFTEN. I n fact I was just going to call her. I tell her she's the only thing that keeps us in this apartment. I can stand my "collectables" husband if the surfaces they're on are basically, relatively dusted and clean.

I was hesitant get an estimate due the comments regarding phone calls not being returned as well as no shows for appointments. I called and requested a return call for an estimate, and my call has not been returned.

Summary: If you want a company operated by a professional who truly wants your business and believes in doing things the right way the first time, Jenna Robinson and Crew is the right choice. I feel 100% comfortable having them in my home when I am not there. Details: Jenna herself came to survey our house and plan the deep cleaning, as well as give an estimate for weekly upkeep while our house was on the market. She communicated clearly and honestly about the costs involved and what additions might be made to an average cleaning to make the place look really sharp for its first showing. For example, she offered to wipe down the wood paneling in our family room, and although I was skeptical about this the result was as good as a newly refinished room. I chose Jenna over others who gave estimates on the job because, although her price was about the going rate, she handled the arrangements by far the most professionally, and I had confidence that she would do exactly what she said she would. The deep cleaning was handled blitz fashion by four ladies plus the window wizard, all of whom were delightful, polite, kind people. We generally bail out during cleanings so we can stay out of the way, but I would trust any of Jenna's Crew to be around my little kids without worry of them picking up any unfortunate language or getting their feelings hurt. The weekly cleanings have only reinforced my good opinion. Jenna is a proactive, flexible communicator, making sure we agree on timing in advance. When renovations in our house made it easier to clean she lowered the weekly cost without being asked. Her bookkeeping is clear and straightforward. Jenna demonstrates superb attention to detail, and it's clear that she demands this of her employees as well. It is a delight to come home to a clean, fresh-smelling house and to go through the week without ever finding a spill or splash that was missed, despite the creative efforts of 3 children under the age of 8. I'm sure that I would feel comfortable talking to Jenna if we'd ever found an issue, but over several months it has never happened. Not once. How often do you get service like that?

Jenna Robinson and Crew is an excellent cleaning service. In all the years I've had of cleaning services, Jenna's is the only one that has actually cleaned the house and not just vacuumed and dusted. It is a delight to have Jenna and we have employed her services on a bi weekly basis. Our house is actually cleaned and remains clean for more than the few hours it takes our dog to walk across the floor. We have been totally pleased. Jenna needs no instructions on how to clean.
