Very poor experience, which is disappointing considering her other high ratings on Angie's List. Perhaps she is over committed, or maybe the job at my house wasn't big enough to merit a more timely estimate.

From the very first email contact I found Jenna to be prompt and professional. She responded quickly to my email request to arrange a quote. She arrive promptly for the scheduled appointment. She was professional throughout the visit and provided a quote exactly within the time frame she promised. We schedule the cleaning within a week and she arrived when promised. The work done by her staff was terriffic and exceeded my expectations. I am in the process of scheduling a routine biweekly service. I simply could not be happier with the outcome of my first use of Angie's list.

after a few back and forth phone calls, i connected with Jenna to schedule a in home interview for a proposal. We met and reviewed the project. I expected an email proposal within the next few days. When i did not hear from Jenna, I made other arrangments. I was impressed with her enthusiam and the positive reviews she had on Angies List. I was disappointed that i did not hear from her in over 10 days, as i was on a very tight schedule. I assumed that she was very busy and perhaps over committed.

Jenna responded promptly to a call to clean the home of an elderly woman whose cleaning service had not done a thorough cleaning in some time. She gave a very reasonable quote and scheduled the cleaning in a very timely manner. This was a difficult job and the cleaning was done beyond our expectations. I respect Jenna's professionalism and work ethic, and would definitely recommend her services.

Jenna was very responsive and worked with my busy schedule. She cleans every other Saturday. She does a very complete job and I am always pleased with the results. I highly recommend her.

Jenna contacted me right away after I submitted an email enquiry. She worked me into the schedule even though I asked for holiday cleaning on very short notice. She came over in the evening at my conveniece to look over the job and sent me a detailed list of what she would do and the price. She was also able to schedule my work on a day I could be home from work. On that day, she was prompt, courteous and considerate. She was very thorough - my floor is white again! When the work took longer than expected and she had to go to another appointment, she came back later that day with another employee and finished the work. Everything was spotless!

Jenna came to give the estimate herself. She also came to clean our house the first time and was very experienced and conscientious. Since then, they have cleaned our house 3 times and we are very happy with their services.

I hired Jenna to clean my parent's house. My parents can handle the day to day stuff, but could use some help with the bigger cleaning items. Jenna was very accommodating and met with me on my schedule while I was in town for a visit. Jenna started right away and has done a wonderful job. My parents are happy with the service and I am happy they are in such good hands.

Jenna arrived with two men at 9:30 AM and four hours later I had a spotless solarium! We could have entertained that evening - we are thrilled with the results. Well worth the cost. Very professional.

Project never got started.

They come out every three weeks and they do the stuff I don't want to do in the house. Clean the kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum, windows and stuff like that. They have comment cards that they leave us every time telling us what they did and having us fill out a survey. They are very good to work with and we're very pleased with all they do. They're not cheap, but they're worth it.
